Lot of progress made today. milan and speechs are nearing completion. having some issues with one of my audio tracks staying in sync on the speech but the mixdown should be fine. I concidered for a moment trying a 5.1 esque audio track for the speech because i had so many differnt audio sources but quality would suffer (not to mention timeline) gonna sleep early tonight so i can get at it early tomorrow.

Alright, it is now Feburary and closing up on 2 months behind schedule. I know a lot of us pre-paid for this DVD and I know/think that alot of work is required to make it. Not trying to flame here, but I am getting there. What is the status and what is the NEW projected ship date?

Same here..I pre-paid and emailed you on it sometime ago and "no" response on when it will ever be done..? I understand it takes time to put something like this togther. I'm not flaming you, but we all would like a set date..Thanks
I also pre paid for the dvd.I also emailed & received no response. I would think he should be able to provide a shipping time or at least keep us informed as to the progress.

Hope this help put the production into perspective. I ran a burn test last night for the speeches and spotted maybe 3 glitches and a few peices of audi i need to tweak. this is the first time ive seem this footage on the big screen. as i was making my list of fixes. my wife pointed out that only a few really should be done in respect to time. so for my over obsessing, i apologize. but on a positive note, the footage looked good. im debating with myself as to whether I should make this a 2 disc deal. the speeches including the q&a and plaque presentation is right at 50 minutes. In addition, allans race from start to stop is about 15 minutes editied. I have an hour at milan edited. just finishing up prototypes and show footage. all in all its about what makes the cut at this point. I have enough for 3 discs and i gotta boil it down. I think i can get 2 hours on a dvd, but half of it being speeches will make me push the compession up and quality down. so here i go again (locking myself downstairs)

At the risk of making more work for you, would you consider offering an optional 3rd disk? I'd go for it.
