Do you have my "welcome to the event" interview, done the morning of the show by the skinny guy with the long hair (I keep forgetting his name)? We did it in one take!

That was never sent to me.... sounds really interesting though. If you can reach him tell him its now or never.. (still, it'd have to be exceptional to make the cut at this point.)

I'm still on a quest for my car, Anyone seen it??? NO I know its in the garage but did anyone get footage of it at the 20th? I understand I was on the film playing at the dinner. So has anyone recalled seeing me roll past the Prototypes half way thought the day? Thanks for putting an eye out for it. Thank you

No emails? The 1st one was to your "@mac.com" address - the same one that you use here. The 2nd was in reply to last Thursday's voice mail and it went to your "sastian@sastian.com" account, which was the one that you emailed me from. None of them bounced back to me. (????) Anyways ...
If you need help getting missing video, burning DVDs (I have access to a DVD duplicator), etc. just ask. The delays are doing none of us any good, and if I can help light the fire under people's butts I will. There has been considerable discussion amongst the BOD regarding this DVD project and I cannot stress enough the importance of getting this project completed. If you want, leave me a number to reach you at on my toll free voice mail - 866 301 1769 - and I will call you when I return home after 7pm EST or anytime this weekend.

I've been getting angry emails over this DVD and frankly I have no answers for these people. I'll call you today and hopefully we can get some answers for everyone.
A lot of people have been really patient on this, but it is time to get it wraped up. Now it is 3 months behind the scheduled release, plus most of us prepaid.

Christian - I've left a VM on your home answering machine this afternoon asking for either an email or a return phone call. This and previous emails have gone unanswered. You mentioned on 2/20 that you were going to try and reach me. Still we have not gotten anywhere, and this looks like the only way to reach you. I guess the urgency of my request to speak with you was something that you didn't realize. This project is so far overdue that it is ridiculous, and we have nothing to show for it. I have been fielding emails from concerned people asking where their DVD is, why it hasn't been released, and what's happening with the money that they paid in advance. Sadly I have no answers. You have an email - please respond to it.

Sorry i wasnt available when you called, and I do believe i replied to your emails in which i asked for your contact information. as the information i looked for you on th internet only gets me an answering service, not you. The Urgency IS realized but there is no reason to overdramatize. You have not given me a number to reach you at until yesterday afternoon. which i called just moments ago and reach noone. left a voicemail though. please call me today. I will attempt to reach you via the number you have given me throughout the day.
to clarify for others: I can be reached at sastian@mac.com or sastian@sastian.com

You had my cell number since 2/20 when I offered help. Sadly I cannot receive cell calls at work, however I will call you back when I leave tonight, or you can *always* email me for a fast reply. I'm sorry that you think I'm overdramatizing the situation but you have to see it from the point that we (CFOGi) do. We are the ones getting the angry letters. I believe you got one today stating that the sender thought this was a scam. (I know that your cfogi@sastian.com email address was CC'd. If you want a copy I'll forward it to you.) What do you want me to tell these people???

You've got to admit that with a projected completion date of December 1 and the new show season just around the corner it does raise questions. I'm not of that opinion, however...in fact, I've been trying to figure out since last summer how to order one. I keep askiing questions and looking for the mythical online order form, but not finding it. I'll continue watching this thread for details...
Looking forward to the DVD, especially since I was only there for show day. I want to see all the stuff I missed!

well ive been in much closer contact with eric since yesterday, and as the Pres of CFOGi he has exclusive access. I hope he agrees that this will be the next best thing to have been there. Eric will be THE technical consultant reguarding the facts included in the DVD from here on so its value has been greatly increased. Thanks man!

We are nearing completion on this video. Please accept my sincerest apologies for not meeting our planned release date. I can assure you that this is not a scam. Some of the funds that you invested have been used to purchase the media the film is being edited on. The original deadline was made in light of the information available at that time and contingent upon recieving all expected media on schedule, which I did not. I did however recieve a lot of wonderful media though (thank you to all that contributed) which also has multiplied this task beyond the original scope. My hopes are to give you the highest quality product I can produce. Thank you for bearing with us through our trials in assymbling a lasting tribute to what was an amazing event.

Very sweet.. I might of found a local photoshopper that I can have play around with paint job ideas (if I do it). But since you found my footage, I'll return the favor and prepay for a Copy. Just send me the needed info. And on a side note.. I have 3 DVD burners and can rip anything under the sun. If you need a hand turning out copys let me know and I'll assist. (dont know what route your taking) That Customflix.com is pretty neat that was used for the other DVD. Might be an option. Thank you for finding me though. Keep up the great work!!!

Just saw the update and I gotta say it looks incredible! Very professional; it looks like the wait was well worth it and if the the rest of the DVD is up to the quality of the trailer you should be very pleased with yourself! Where can I order one, and how much does it cost shipped to Canada?

Great Job, can't wait until the finished product. How long are you expecting the DVD to be time wise?
That trailer has me chompin' at the bit. And I was there...lol
------------------ 84 Fiero SE, Custom Hybrid (Updated to 88 wiring throughout, t-tops, V6, 5spd, Fastback, IMSA style whale tail, Formula bumpers and Held coil-overs) Navy Blue Metallic Paint all that remains is wheels and custom lighting. 84 Fiero IMSA Widebody (Centerlines, 3800SC & T-tops being added) slow work-in-progress
Amazing how this is all coming together. Fred has been amazing at helping keep all of our facts accurate and the Audio mix is coming along great. The music is composed by one of our own forum members, (thanks Dave!) and were looking forward to to hearing the whole audio mix once its done... We have some beautiful voice over talent from another forum member (Go Andy!) that just blows us away. You are quite a talented group! the credits just keep growing This is going to sound so sweet with the incredible audio from the DV and the pro talent. we get as psyched as you
The trailer is definatly gonna be more pumped up by trying to cram favorite video clips into a minute-thirty. we hope everyone is pleased with the final product. we could make 20 trailers from the stuff we got.
To answer some questions CFOGi will be hosting the sales page and those who pre ordered, should expect a package in April pending no further hicups in production. (which we haven't had lately)
