Have I got this right - the red coils are 450# and the blue are 350#? |
|
Ah, no - guess I should have specified - I have coilovers all the way around...

Where did you get your measurments from? The set I got I just went out and measured. The sleeve looks like it will fit fine. Anyway - heres the pic of what I received. The inside of the sleeve measures a hair over 2" Good luck.

Ah.. Thanks for clarifying. I thought it sounded too good to be true that those coils would fit the stock Fiero front suspension. I did look for that in your sig, but wasn't sure if you had coilovers up front. Anyone know what the blue coils are rated at?

Here's a question I asked tvelarde or Tami or what ever this person calls themselves. I did order a set (4 springs and support sleeves) from the source that this person was buying from and they will be here next week. If anyone is interested in buying the spare set (two springs and support sleeves) then I will sell them for half of what I payed plus shipping(half would be $32.50). LMK dizmon_85GT Pete Disbennett Question from eBay Member: Fiero rear coilover springs 84-88 Dear tvelarde, Do you sell these direct and is so how much would you sell them for? I've been wanting to get a set of these for a while and I'm about to do a 3800sc conversion and a set would work great for that. Reply "We have a few sets left. I have been selling them for $150 plus $17 shipping. You may be able to get a better price on eBay if you are the high bidder. The springs are 450 pound rated. If you want a set just send a Paypal payment to Tami@V8-Fiero.com for the total and I will ship that day". Tami

if you put these on the rear what would you do in front for lowering??? and do these enhance your cornering ability or is this a purely cosmetic "upgrade" ------------------ '86 Fiero GT www.KylesFiero.tk www.XoticRydz.tk

It allows you to tune and lower you suspension. It mainly gives you a lot more room un the wheel well so you can stuff wider tires in them ------------------ 4.9 Caddy in Garage! Car in Driveway! Ok... Been out of it for a while... Maybe I missed it, but has anyone put these on their car (in the rear) yet? If so, how much adjustability do you have? How's the ride? LMK please....
