Congrads archie... I heard that was one of the top awards from the Bill from motorsports..
They showed last years fall show and me mentioned that it was one of the highest you could get at Chevy Vette Fest.

Nite all.

Don't you love it when young kids think they know it all... haha I bet you he is one that always ripped on the Fiero and up until never has seen what you can do to it and thinks he is all hot stuff when he talks about it to his friends now... He was probably a ricer want a be... lol...

Oh yeah, that reminds me, Bill and MSUTV was at the Vette-Fest filming his annual TV program on that show & he did a 10 minute segment on the LT1 Stinger. So, in a few weeks, you can see it on TV. I probally look like a bumb on tape but the LT1 Stinger was lookin' GOOD.

This kind of stuff makes me sooo proud to be a Fiero owner. I'm always showing co-workers and friends these beautiful fieros. They all say the same thing, "THAT'S A FIERO?!?!"

Priceless

congrats archie!

For any of you who drove to see the 89/90 prototype, you shoulda stopped in Chicago to see the stinger.
All i can say is WOW. They're gonna need an Extra page in HotRod magazine to feature all of the awards this car will win.

Actually, we were at O'Hare for 2 hours going out to Cali. and 2 1/2 hours on the return trip. We puttered around the airport as we had no way to get anywhere, plus if we left, we would have had to go BACK through security, YUCK! Jet lag is setting in BIG TIME!!!

That reminds me of the movie "Arthur". Remember when he's in the limo with the hooker and all of a sudden he just bursts out laughing? After he regains his composure he says: "Sometimes I just think funny things!" .

Adding to this was the fact that it was 16° outside! BRRRRR! Now, if Archie had driven over and picked us up in the Stinger, well - *THEN* I would have "braved" the cold, AND the Security!

Archie,

Way to go and Congrats on another award. Well deserved. Hopefully, it is just the second of many to come.

Someday we will talk about a project car.
(After kids/college.) Can't wait to see car in Daytona and meet you. Jeff

The 4.X motor will work in the Fiero... but it's not something Archie deals with. Run a search in the Tech section (& Tech Archive) for "Cadero, Small Block Caddy, and 4.1 & 4.9" and you'll get some info...

How about a few updates?

Many people think that I didn't get anything for my trophy wall at the Daytona show, but I did.

My good buddie, Ol Lar made me this nice plaque and gave it to me at the Daytona show.

Thanks Lar
