We are taking out the bottom half of the trunk for a special exhaust system.
As you say..... this car will get the groceries, it just won't bring them home
Jelly: I know.... still got a little detail problem with a couple of parts. I have some of the front end parts still out for coating but we decided to build with what we have. We only have 2 weeks and 2 days left and we figure to try to fit those parts later. The time crunch is on.
Speaking of time.... if we have the car done on time, we will have spent 7 weeks total on this car from start to finish. And that time includes developing a couple of special features.
Lady Pegasus: I see, you mean those kind of "Chicks" ..... I'm all for that.... If you guys have some ideas for WOW, let me know. I know that Bill Wildt and his "Ladies of Motorsport" will be over there to do something with the car.
Thanks for all the positive comments guys, it feels good.

I'll let Archie fill you in on the details, if he wants to give them out.
@rchie, thanks so much for letting me be a part of this project! I look forward to working with you in the future. [/B]
Yes Triad is supplying the Wheels and tires for this project. With his help I finally settled on a set of Koenig Tantrums. These 17" wheels will be 8" wide in the rear and 7" in the front. We couldn't get any "Blades" so I hope I'll be happy with these. If not, I can always put them on my next Fino or Finale and find another set of wheels for this car.
Maybe rockcrawl or somebody would like to PS these wheels onto my car.
Now since Michael is located about 2 hours away from my shop and I only have 16 days to get done, maybe we can all get together to talk him into delivering them to me. Maybe if we offer to give him a little advance peek at some special items on this car.

Not a problem...we can work out something truely exquisite for this car in that event...all it takes is a little time...

Archie sells the conversion kit and it uses a mixture of Chrysler, Camaro, and Cadillac components. Do a search for "Archies Big Brake Conversion" and you can find the details.

The brake parts look like this:
I've been using these on select cars for a couple of years. Here is the front of my Finale.
You'll see more pics. of these as we get the LT1 Stinger put together.
I also put these on rgeeinc's car and on the Blue Chop Top that Joel has.

Wow! The exact same wheels that I just got for my car, I feel so honored. Either I (with the help of a few forum members) have a great sense of style, or Archie's taste is now coming down to my level!
What size/brand tires do you plan on using Archie?
I'd love to go check out that beauty at Chicago, but I highly doubt I'll be able to swing it. Too bad you're not coming to the show in Detroit! The car looks like it will be quite the treat, I'm excited to see what's in store.
