The only choptop in Sweden.
You can see my car at this web site: http://www.cenneth.com/fiero/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=38

How many choptop fieros in the world or in PFF

Your car looks great. Congrats on being the first choptop in Sweden. With all of the home built chops, and the ones that Archie has done I'm sure it's somewhere around 20 by now.

Great work. However, we need more pics & info please, hehehehe. Edit: ^ looks like you have all of the goodies needed for one bad choptop. Is that a rotor in the box?

Please post more pics here; https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/044505.html

Thanks. Funny though...the gun metal gray Fiero is the one that got my attention!

Questions: What was the cost in US dollors? How much of a chop? 3"? Did the person (s) who did the chop do some of the same things needed or similar to that of Archie's choptops?

The guy that choped the car owned it before me. He did all the work himself and locked at a black car he found a pic of, on the web. That pic was a photoshop picture but he did it.
The drop is about 2.5" (6cm), and the window is lowered 13 degress.
Don´t know about the cost for the chop. But I got the car for a good price because the owner was about to buy a boat.

That is awesome work. Congratulations on getting the 1st Chop Top in Sweden, probably in all of Europe, and welcome to the forum.

I bet the guy who did it saw the picture of Songman's PhotoChop

I still believe the chop top is the single most awesome mod you can do to the Fiero...except maybe a V8 and if you are not sure then do both!!

That's a fantastic car.

I'll be the first to vote to not put that Ferrari wanna-be nose on that beautifully painted car. You'll look like every other European Fiero owner then...

I agree. There is something to be said about having parts that are originally Fiero but modifed a little. A stock chop Fiero IMO makes fun of other more expensive cars. The design alone is nearly 20 years old and that in itself makes fun of all the newer cars of today. Trust me.....people get really mad once they find out it's a Fiero and not a Italian made car. However, it's your car...do what you think is best. Situations may very comparred to the U.S.A.?

Yes, the car looks great with the original front today.
But I have already bought the F355 front and the lights so I will try It out
this winter and then I will compare the 2 and deside whats best.

A vote here on the PFF maybe?

That's definately a sweet ride...

I would keep the stock aero nose on it. The 355 knockoff nose looks like an afterthought.

Have lexan windows in the doors now but there are som minor problems so I will try to get the original modified or new ones made.
The guy that made the chop used the original windows and put them together with the lexan in a oven to get the right shape and then cut them down to fit.
