WHAT IS UR PROBLEM??? My brother is ONLY 11. He can only do so much! And what he HAS accomplished is a lot for an 11 year old! Probably more then you will EVER accomplish in your life time. Yes his car got in a magazine that is not as popular as others, but hey it's still cool that a magazine thought his car was good enough to even be in there. And yes u r entitled to an opinion, but ur attitude is really stupid and hurtful. And maybe u don't like his car but, obvioulsy some people do cause look at all the trophies he wins. Jordan doesn't even care about the trophies, he thinks that just going to the car show to talk, and show off his car, is what it is all about. A trophy is just a bonus. Everyone at my school loves his car, and encourages him to keep on going even if there are idiots like u out thier. -Tarrah*
you know, before i even finished the first sentence, i knew, without a doubt, this was posted by a kid.
so why do you care, well you probably don't, but my point and reason for posting is this; you may not like what people say, but coming on and jumping down there throats and getting all offended is the least mature thing you can do. Sure you can disagree, not a problem, but hurling insults isn't going to get you were you want.
Steve & Jordan, all things being considered, the car is cool, if nothing else for the fact that you got that bonding time together, i wish my father and i could do stuff together on my fiero, and his, but we are so similar it usually ends with a fight, or it takes FOREVER to get anything done. Now, that's my nice thing to say for the day, so don't get all crappy with me when i say: It's not the cars styling that i'm turned off by (although, i have to admit, it's about as far away from my choices as i'd ever make, although, i dig the wheels and the color) it's the fact that you copied everything on it you did from something else, that's what i hate about it. anyone who has ever seen F & F could tell where the ideas came from, and that's the problem, IMO anyways.
exercise a little creativity with anything you do to it in the future, and i'll be there to compliment.

the "kid" is Jordan's sister and she loves him very much and is very proud of him, it makes her very up set to see people posting rude and cruel things about him and his car. Family stick together!

Eh all my frustration with Ricers happens to find a vent at Steve. I can't see how these hideous F&F wannabe cars can have such a fuss made about them. "Ohhh look at me I can put a wing and large exhaust on my Civic, now I'm faster than all the cars on the road with my economy car". Steve's son is caught up in this ricing (tuning, F&F, whatever) fad and will probably either get sick of the car when he grows older or he'll continue on and probably go and get a Eclipse or Celica or something like that and mod the outside. Ricers have the absolute worst attitudes and driving styles on the road today. I know if a shitty Honda Accord costs like $2000 you can afford to drive in traffic like you're out of your mind (on the highway around here I've seen people in these ricers weaving between sub-rushhour traffic coming within INCHES of other cars on the road). They also believe for the most part that American cars are **** (including the Fiero, why the hell do you think I want to mod the engine?) and that Japanese cars can own American cars any day. When they pull up to a stoplight next to a Camaro (sometimes mine? maybe)or a Trans Am or even Mustang GT, they can usually get "skooled" but usually blame it on something else. I know the Camaro doesn't get even half the looks of the Fiero when I drive them, but it can beat the Fiero all day in speed. The Fiero beats in it handling, but around here there's too many slow people in mini-vans and pickup trucks to enjoy the curves, while there's many straight-aways on 2 lane highway around here to play around. However, like I said before I do respect what Steve is doing with his son, it is a great thing for them to bond so well in a time period where TV and video games tend to raise kids rather than the parents. But does he have to show off every little thing that happens in his life with that car? Oh look I took a massive dump, here's a picture on the forums for all to see! Toilet seat signing is next week, please come! You say to use the "back" button? This is where real life and the internet differ. IRL if some idiot is say, posting up like hundreds of photos of their kids around their cubicle at the office in plain view of everyone, do I tell him to take them down because its annoying, or do I keep walking past every day getting pissed off every day because he thinks he is so important when he obviously isn't? This is public forum people, Steve if you want to document every little **** you take in life on the internet for some sort of self-satisfaction, go start your own website so no one can go to it.
I got a Fiero that would molest your Camaro

I love how some people like to complain that they see and hear about the F&F Fiero too much and yet they then post a comment like this. cooguyfish, I guess in all those many posts you must have missed the fact that was pointed out many many times that the theme of Jordans car was the F&F?? cooguyfish, you have been right there in just about every thread recently just jumping in with the bashing and insulting with Punisher and margaritaz among a few others even right after someone else posts asking that those being jerks and insulting to please stop. Yeah, I also like how you threw in a little nice comment in the middle of this beaut just in case. I can't wait to see what side of the meter your needle is gonna be on when it finally shows up. Bet I can guess and get it right the first time too Geeze, get a clue allready.
BTW: Jordans PFF id is "Fast&Furious Jordan" and his display sign that goes with his Fiero to shows says and I quote: The one and only Fast & Furious Fiero
So yeah, it's gonna probably look a lot like cars from the movie

um, did i miss the part where i was insulting. you can think what you like of me, that's cool, but i did not once bash the car, just said that what i thought, what i liked and didn't.
So, you post something, i come in, make a reasonable statement in my opinion that a lot of other people have made similar ones to, and again, you come around with the insults about how i'm dumb and not paying attention and how everyone must hate me... sure everyone hates me, you're right, i know everyone on this forum does not like me.
i try and be a nice guy here and give my honest opinion, and you have to act 5 years old and cry and hurl insults, this is why i have a problem with you, and started arguing with you in the other thread. If someone doesn't agree with you, they are a terrible person, outright. that's just all there is to it huh?
grow up man, you're what 35? 40? act like it and quit being so "o, everyone hate's you" about everyone that disagree's with you. and to make you happy, i won't post in this thread again.
LVMY88, contrary to what Steve thinks, i do have a brain, that i use from time to time. i knew that Tarrah is Jordan's sister. but my post was to point out that arguing and yelling and hurling insults doesn't make your points very well, and infact makes you look very immature (being that she is 15 it's acceptable, but i like to act mature here, and thought i'd point it out).
BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE WHERE SHE LEARNED HURLING INSULTS WAS THE SOLUTION FROM *cough* STEVE *cough* <---(joke) still makes people look immature though. next thing you know steve will be telling me "yeah, well my dad can beat up your dad."
Anyone think that is somewhat ironic and humurous that when The Punisher posts something, that may or may not incite a flame war, the forum police jump right in and chastise him for doing it. Yet, when Steve "I paint my cars behind the barn" Kelley knows damn right well every single post about the amazing slow and girlious Fiero is guaranteed to start a flame war, not a peep from the forum police? Come on California kid, you are losing your edge buddy...

Correct me if I'm wrong here, (and we know there are some on here that try ) but weren't you just the other day in another thread whining that you never say anything insulting that deserves you to have so much red??
Oh, and this was so nice too:

Oh, comon people, let it be, what steve and his wonderful family are saying is..
To respect everyone elses oppinions/decisions, unlless the said oppinions/decisions happen to be in contridiction of theirs, in which case it is fair to disregard the first statement and look like a bunch of inbred toolebags.
I do not like the car personally, but, Steve, fly at [b]your]/b] car with all your heart. but dont try to stop me when i say i dont like it. no one likes a double standard. feel free to trash my car, you wont see me getting all worked up over it and getting my entire family to run to my defence when i have run out of smart things to say. face it steve, oppinions differ, and if you cant deal with the little fact.. then, maybe the internet isnt for you.
anyhoo, congrats on getting in a mag, i remember how excited i was when my lego was in the lego newsletter.. course.. that was.. over 12 years ago..

Well said!
We all have different opinions and perspectives. But let's try to live by two simple rules:
1. If you wanna post your opinion about something, you damn well better be willing to listen to someone else's with the same open-mindedness and tact as you would like. 2. Try to have some tact. Certain threads ask for our opinions, in which positive and negative comments are welcome. But WTF is going on here? The kid is 11! We were not asked for opinions. We were simply asked for a little recognition where recognition was well-earned. This thread is not the appropriate place for negative feedback.
I feel like I'm on a soapbox in front of a kindergarten class. I don't know if they were teaching manners when the rest of you were in school, but they sure did while I was there (and so did my parents), so in case not, now I've taught you something, and I don't think it should be a problem to remember. Right?
I'm pretty sure that if a certain few PFF members were in positions of power in the world, the whole place would be covered with nukes. If you can't get along here, you sure as hell don't belong in the "real world."

I didn't exactly take Mizers comment the way you did Tim. I certainly could have read it the wrong way I guess. At any rate.. What we are saying (and thanks to those for speaking for us and getting it wrong) is that if you must, you can say you don't like it, fine. Just please folow the posted rules and common sense and don't say it in a rude and insulting way:

Sorry.
Edit
Lol, ok, I have thoroughly confused myself, but I think I'm getting it sorted out. I didn't read MiZeR's whole post... and what I did read, I read wrong.
Anyway, except for "well said," I meant the rest of my post.
I'm such a goof when I pull enough all-nighters in a row. =P

Steve, Jordan, Tarrah, and Marian (and anyone else I left out, lol) Congratulations! I plan on emulating Steve if I can, and getting my daughter (when she's old enough) to work with me on her ride. Proven fact: every minute you spend bonding with your kid in a constructive activity, is ten less minutes you will ever spend worrying about them. And I'd rather tangle with a pack of wildcats than get on the fighting side of this family, the way you guys stick together. Great job, and I hope Jordan gets to sign all two hundred copies, and has lots of 11 year old groupies, lol. Tony

Well here goes trying to be "mature" and on topic. Good job getting in the mag Steve (and Jordan). But how is it so important that he has a booksigning? Try introducing Jordan and his car to the "real world" where his car gets criticized to his face. You put your car and yourself into a public forum, don't expect everyone to be all "nice" and give props to the car. Criticism is allowed on this forum as I remember it, and if you or anyone else puts their car up, it is going to get both postives and negatives. Criticism is especially a potential on this forum since most people here do not like "tuner" modifications to the exterior.
Mr. Pat sure I'll take you on Buford Hwy, although I'm pretty sure I would lose . Let's see, 275 HP 325 torque LTI powered 2900 lb or so Fiero (not to mention mid-engine for traction) against a 305 HP 320 lb ft torque 3500 lb or so Camaro Z28. I'd stick a LS1 or LS6 in my Fiero and race you, but I don't have enough money, equipment, or connections to get the deal done. Only have a garage and tools enough to do basic engine work, not to lift the engine out of the Fiero or weld/cut anything. Archie is 600 mi. away, and I truthfully have no idea where to get a LS1 or LS6 for cheap. Plus the car is so original a V8 might decrease the value. But sure I'll take your Fiero with the Camaro .

You know, what surprises me about threads like these, is that most of you get excited like a little girl when a Fiero is spotted for 0.00578 seconds in some obscure movie, but when somebody gets his Fiero in a magazine, you whine about how incredibly UNimportant that is.
What surprises me even more is that a bunch of people, who probably don't have kids of their own (and if you do - omg), who are obviously struggling with adolescence themselves, who are far from being a role-model for anyone, who idolize fictional movie-characters, who think the looks of a car is more important than the bonding between a father and his son (which tells you something about the childhood these people must have had) - that those people are telling others what's best for an 11-year old kid. Yeah right. So they can grow up and be like you?
This thread is now Trash-Can material. Which is a shame.
