I've had this old issue of Car Audio and Electronics that I've been keeping for the past few years; and I thought I'd share the article with you. It's the January 1998 issue, and it shows an install in a 1985 Fiero GT. The article is 8 pages long, and I hope you can read the text ok.

I have the full article in high resolution (about 15MB). So if you'd like the article in full resolution, just shoot me a PM and I'll be happy to e-mail you the article.
Thanks guys. I've had this magazine for 6 years now, and I refuse to throw it out.
On a side note, I've gotten a few requests for a link so people can download the high resolution pics of the article. I don't have any way to host the high res pics, so if anybody wants to host the pics; I'll be happy to send them to you.
For everybody else, I've been sending the article in two seperate e-mails. Each e-mail is about 7MB.

Maybe I missed it, but was the 12" up front vented into the cabin at all?
If that sub up front is vented into the car it looks like they are using the small opening for the heater core. All that is in the way of the opening around the heater pipes is a small piece of foam. Seems like bass would be able to travel through fairly well if you took the foam out. It got me thinking about giving that a try.
