It was planned, and it was admitted, and people followed.
Nothing was planned. The guys that got kicked off earned their negatives by their attitudes and refusal to follow forum rules. Enough people got tired of their bulls**t that their attitudes caught up with them. Many of the ones who were banned gave eachother positives, propping eachother up. When they started to get banned, a bunch of them were kicked, the positives disappeared, and their ratings imploded like a house of cards.

Come on now. When have you ever seen a newby that came on with one post and such an nice sig? Newbies usualy dont even know how to post a sig. Also just the way this person talks and acts like they dont know what they are talking about. The evidence is clear! I'll beleive it when I see you at Daytona.

Well that's a nice load of crap. Forget the conspiracy theory because it's not true. Sure, some of the negs came from people jumping on the bandwagon. Does that mean they were banned simply because of people were following the leader? It couldn't have anything to do with the way they acted could it?
I didn't want to see those people go because they didn't bother me. I thought most of it was pretty entertaining. With their attitudes and the way they acted most of the time, I can see why people would get offended and rate them neg.

So were all the times you got punched in the face. Had nothing to do with your personality.
Oh god, the great exaggeration.. How many times have I been hit in the face in my life? Refresh me. Judging from what i see in here, I somehow doubt you were prom king.

Well, I think it is becoming obvious that miss tress 007 is possibly someone other than who they claim to be having a little fun on here. Lets look at the facts. They come right on posting as a newbie but even as someone else already pointed out had a very well made sig pic made and was able to post it right off with no problems. And saying "Hottie coming soon" is a very bold statement for a newbie right out of the gate and possibly the first of many red flags since. She also has found a rare Fiero of sorts but unlike anyone else doesn't get one pic taken of her with the nice Fiero. Even the one member who is apparently backing up this story is being vague and making claims to expose her pics but yet nothing still to back it up. Now this still could end up being the way she claims but......at the moment we are having quite a few members who have seen almost everything on here calling it BS now. If that is the case then here is a bit better image than has been posted so far more befitting of the "hottie" they are claiming to be:
At any rate, whether she actually turns out to be real or it just turns out to be a big hoax it is obviously giving many on here some amusement at the moment so I guess where is the harm either way

Anyone else noticed that Miss-Tress 007 has almost perfect spelling and punctuation in all her posts? I think ladies tend to pay more attention to that kind of thing than men...just my .02

(Fiero5 this is in no way directed specifically at you, but I'm just using this quote because it's the most recent comment on this subject. )
Look, I tried to stay away from all of this, but you guys are getting really worked up about it. I just came here because I enjoy the Fieros and after reading other people's posts for awhile, I finally decided to start posting since I was actually ready to actively start looking for my own Fiero. Why is it that just because someone uses proper grammar, can spell and knows how to post a sig that they're all of a sudden not real or "too good to be true"? I happen to be very intelligent--Ivy-league educated from the University of Pennsylvania (I started as a Marketing major in the Wharton School of Business and then switched my major to Elementary Education because I wanted to make a difference with children) with a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction focused on Teacher Leadership and Development from the University of New Orleans (which I earned with a 4.0 GPA)--have taught elementary school, middle school, and even been nominated by my principal to become the youngest principal in the New Orleans Public School district. I've been an adjunct college professor and a contributing writer for New Orleans' one and only major newspaper (way to pick up on that, Exoticse); in addition to having hosted my own weekly talk radio show (heard across 3 states). I was working on my Ph.D. when I decided to start my own custom graphic imprinting business--doing screenprinting, cups, promotional products, t-shirts, etc. (that's where I learned to do the graphics that led to the sig--we used Corel for most of the designs) and now I have my own consulting business (specializing in marketing, public relations, business organization and management). Yes, I may have done alot in my life (that's just some of the things I've done)...but I still don't know a damn thing about cars---I'm just trying to learn just like everyone else.
This is not about me, it's supposed to be about my car (yeah, which I know I don't have yet, but I'm workin' on it. ). I didn't know having a nice sig would create such problems. I never said anything about me being the Hottie--that's the name of my car to be. It's not like I'm Halle Berry or anything, but I'm not ugly either. I'm just a normal person like everyone else. I'm just me. But, yes, I've been fortunate enough to be a model--runway, spokesmodel and have been in several national commercials (one for Chinette that still runs every now and then, last time I saw it was on Food Network (I'm one of the socialites in the background at the barbecue) and the Rugrats Burger King commercial (I was the girl behind the counter--a burger-flipper) ). People have been questioning whether I'm a guy and I even offered to call someone to prove who I am, and they very politely refused my offer. The only reason I did it was to prove that I'm actually female. I find out about a rumor about a mint-condition Fiero and I go check it out on my own time to share it with the rest of the forum. Why would I be talking about going to Daytona if I'm not real? I don't see anyone else in here having to "prove" who they are and what they do, but it seems because I want to be a part of the forum, I'm compelled to have to do that.
What more can a girl do? Then when someone who's been around the Forum for awhile and has even spoken to some of you personally comes on to vouch for me being real, they're not believed. We're even trying to put together a caravan of people from New Orleans and Mississippi to go to Daytona. Not even all in Fieros, we just all want to go.
All I wanted to do was learn about these little cars and share some time with some really cool people. There have been alot of people who have been really nice to me and extra patient.
The offer still stands, if anyone wants proof, PM me your phone number and I'll give you a call--but then again, I could be some imposter on the phone--I could be that fat dude in the picture someone posted earlier with a voice box. You guys are way too cool for me to sit around all day thinking of ways to pull your collective chains--I do have other things to do, y'know. So could we please just put this to rest and can I just be a member of the family?

Since you don't have your Fiero yet, It has to be about you. Once you have your car like all the other good girls here, then we can talk about your car.
And if your half as good looking as some say, then I don't mind you thinking of ways to yank my chain

All the people who are questioning a newbie coming on here and having a fancy signature? Are you serious?
What do you think..... you have to belong to the Fiero Forum for a year before you can figure out how to use a UBB and Photoshop? Newsflash guys... UBB's and Photoshop has been around for many years. Many people belonged to other internet communities before coming to Pennocks. It's takes about 7 brain cells to figure out how to use the forum features and post a picture.
As far as grammer goes... not everyone on here is a goof-ball who never learned how to spell and write. I am a male who strives to improve my grammer skills constantly. Sure... I misspell words all the time, but at least my posts are readable with capital letters, commas, and periods.
One thing that is consistant on this forum..... you can chase new members away just as quickly as you can welcome new members. Learn to show some respect, especially to the ladies, and give the benifit of the doubt untill proved otherwise.

Wait, I see a mistake, after "goes" you have three periods instead of a comma I just had too.
Get over your self and go back to the 'other forum' and complain about us some more. I know it just makes ya'll al so happy to see how many profanities you can fit into one sentence while complainin about me.

But seriously, though. You guys are hilarious...LOL It's cool to be a part of a group like this--you're the best. Alot of other places are filled with drama, intolerance and hatefulness and you all not only represent yourselves well, but the Fiero community as well. So many people have helped me already and I hope to have my Fiero be one that makes you all proud. I'm really looking forward to Daytona--can't wait to get out there and see these beautiful little cars first hand.
Once again, thanks for letting me be a part of the addiction. (Don't ever change guys.) It's very rare to find decency on the internet and for that I thank each and every one of you---but it's all your faults that I'm addicted these little cars! Shame on you all! hehe
--Tress
So, let me get this straight: You didn't notice the men slavering and vying for attention... You seem to be unaware that any and every post that you make is rife with requests for pictures, NOT solicitation for assistance, and you describe PFF as lacking in drama?
Men: Sorry, is this how you treat women in real life? Ask if you can take their picture, and follow her around making helpful remarks and laying on the compliments?
Seriously, if it were like 1 or 2 people, it'd be understandable... Are y'all really that lonely?
Whatever, this is getting repetetive. The SAME thing happened with Fierolisa (how many pages was that thread?), and several other ladies... So, Tress, you are that attention starved, then pick one of the men, take him out to dinner, announce it publicly so that the rest of the men can gnaw on their livers in private.

Ok a women posts here and all of you guys go ape **** over her signature .... makes me wonder what you all would do when you actually came face to face with some type of whatever is in your mind as a hot chic. I guess when you aren't face to face with a person it easy to tear'em down.
It just seems to me that everyone here was new at one time or another and everyone should be given the respect as such even if you do or don't own the car this is still a place to share a common interest.
Maybe it's me, but that's my opinion.
