I was looking through some old negatives and found these. I took them at Road America in 84 or 85. There are more somewhere, including the Fiero GTP's and other GTU's, but I just haven't found them yet. Just thought someone out there might like to see them.

Good question, maybe ducting cool air into the cockpit,
anyone know?

Where do you put the fuel in those, maybe filler port

The fuel cell is located under the hood and that is the filler neck you seeing. It had to be a little difficult to fill the cell leaning over the hood...Great pictures and thanks for sharing them with us...

RedGT is correct, but the fuel cell is in the cab in a similar location to the stock gas tank. Those cars had quick fill ports so a fuel can could be "dropped" into place and sealed while delivering fuel and then yanked off with minimal leakage. The fill tube is about 24" in length and goes to the cell at a bout a 45 deg angle. I decided not to cut a hole in my hood for show purposes.
