Well, MingreenGT could probably find a few threads in the archive, but I believe it's more fun to start fresh threads anyway. This is a forum afterall not a library
Here's a few blue ones that were in Daytona this year.
Regarding the "blue Formula" Was is a real Formula painted blue or a real 87 coupe with Formula stickers? I didn't get to see it up close and personal.
That is a good shot of the car but the color in that picture does not do it justice, it looked brand new and he bought the car for 20.00...

They are real, but you may not be prepared for the work to install them...they are Porsche wheels and Roy installed Porsche hubs to be able to run with those wheels.

Here is my daily driver.......... well not exactly.
I have a "tick" in the engine since November when I pretty much quit driving it. After 3 months of serious tinkering, I decided to pull the engine and rebuild the entire valve train with new parts. Didn't fix it. I did check the bottom end, but didn't find anything. I'm thinking pull the engine again and rebuild the whole thing.
Anyway.... I still love her and she is a blast to drive.

do you know what color blue that is?? it's beautiful!
Jake
The pictures I posted were of the Great Blue Chop Top, (my favorite Fiero ) From what Archie and others tell me it's stock blue, (but possibly with Pearl added).
In my opinion the stock blue is much nicer in person than in any picture I have seen. It seems to wash out in pictures and look like powder blue or baby blue. In real life it's much darker and richer. I wonder why that is??

Don't forget the Porsche 11 1/4" front rotors w/ Mazda 4-piston aluminum calipers. Of course, that's just the front

Blue Fieros, a personal favorite, but not just any blue. Here go a few shots of my old 88GT that I sold because I got into German Shepherds. The day I saw my favorite dog trying to eat the shift lever, I knew I needed more room that I was going to be less picky about...
The color was a PPG version of GM's "Indigo" from 2000. Beautiful in any light, shimmered with shades of violet under the right light. Took it to a few shows and folks just loved the color. Then again, so did I.

Wow, didn't know there was another indigo blue Fiero out there! The silver strip is also a GM color. Galaxy Silver, it comes on the 05 GTO and some other cars. In direct sunlight it's really nice looking. These pics were taken at sunset.

TheGM Med Blue Metallic paint is quite interesting. It seems to fade a lot quicker. I have two blue coupes. One has some clear coat fade and is quite light in the color all around. The other has been stored in a garage most of it's life and it is the richest blue I've seen. The red Fieros, unless really sun damaged don't seem to fade as bad.
