BEFORE:

AFTER: (Eibach)

The springs are a modest drop. I think it could be another inch lower and still ride fine, probably look a little better. However, eibach is a quality spring and I'm happy with the improvement over stock.

You could also get a set of arospeed coilover sleeves or some ebay coilover sleeves, but I would only use the sleeve it self and not the springs. I would also get a set a QA1 progressive rate springs to go along with these sleeves. Then you would have some awesome coilover sleeves and you could adjust the height as you would like. Now shocks/struts are personal preference.

i'm not sure what springs these are but theyre closer to the intrax in drop.

this is the coupe with the fiero store suspension kit # 59005 with eibachs

http://www.secureleadercom.com/fsstore/default.asp?searchBit=1&searchType=n&searchString=59005&howSearch=AND&searchfield=inetsdesc

as both cars are set up stiff, i'd like to know how a normal riding car does with lowering. i was looking into lowering my blue coupe but im leary of how it will affect the ride. i'm assuming the handling will improve marginally as the cg will be lowered. thoughts?

My car has Eibach's. Eibach lists them as 1.0" but it's really closer to about 1.2" when they settle in.
I used the MOOG adjustable ball joints.

Here is a pic from 2004. Note the tire diameter is the stock size (for an SE)

Here is a pic with my present wheels/tires:

You can get that chin spoiler from fiero warehouse for something like 150$ I personally think it improves the styling of the standard facia a TON.
