It's looking like the chop top won't be out of the paint shop until around Christmas at the rate they are going. Look for it to make it's Texas debut at Round-up 10.
If I can get a firm commitment to split a room at the event hotel I'll register in advance. I just can't afford a room by myself because of the freaking gas prices.

I would defiinitely be interested in sharing a room. I have not yet made reservations. Let me know.

If you're going and want to split a room, then it's a done deal for me. I just can't afford the whole thing. I was planning on driving down Saturday morning with an ETA of 9 am or thereabouts, maybe a bit earlier, and coming home Sunday evening.

I bet my club can outdraw both AAFO or Lone Star. Neither club is going to have the numbers we are going to birng... and if you do... I will buy the first round for the club that beats us.
Now whatcha gonna do if NTFC beats you? I say we raffle Darkwing or make JScott give me a personal guided tour of NASA with lunch in the employee cafetetria...!

Well, I got any takers?!
Not only are we going to have the most ppl show up from a Club, we will have some of the fastest Fieros there also. Hopefully if everything goes right, there could be up to 4 3800SC and 1 SBC Fiero there from the NTFC. But besides all of that, the show is looking to have a rather large turn. Its going to be a fun one either way it goes, I know alot of planning has went into it and is going to be well worth it.
Ahh heck-we'll just remain independent. A thought tho. What if there was a "Worldwide Fiero Show Day". With todays cellphone imagery, it's possible to "walk" around a show in the northeast, while physically being in Texas and simultaneously transmittng images from the show you are at-complete with voice narrative. ?????

Have you NEVER felt the POWER of REVIN'S machine??? :....
I havent but from what she said, your machine is pretty weak and short term but thats just what she said. JK--I said some of the fastest, I didnt forget about your car and the bionic Getrag you have in it. Maybe this time when I am down there, you will have the car going and let me feel the wrath of the Revinator. Its going to be a good show with lots of cars from the looks of it. Hopefully the weather will be a nice 75-80* and make the show even better.

You think you lack pigmentation; I was down at Padre Island with my shirt off and had a set of white swim trunks on. People starting wanting to get their picture took with me. Come to find out they thought there was a Pillsbury Dough Boy commercial shoot. It appeared some of the dough had already been kneeled.
Kevin, if I was you with those skinny bird legs I would stay out of this. Some people are athletes and some are just their supporters.

It does not look good for me. I am scheduled to work. It is not an ordinary job in which you can take time off. I work a week and then am off a week. My schedule has me missing every AAFO meeting also. I will be there if I can.

Hmmmm! I see there are still several AAFO regulars missing. Is there a problem here? I really was looking forward to Blake washing Darkwing Sunday morning - the pix would have been memorable. Looks like NTFC may have the most participants, though.

$25 Registrations ($20 CFOGi members) are due Sept 15th. The Sept. 15th date guarantees a T-shirt and a Goody Bag (with 1 free raffle ticket). Registration after Sept. 15th, will still guarantee lots of fun, laughs, food and laughs! There will be games and really cool raffle items like this- - -
This cooler/warmer plugs into a cigarette lighter or an AC wall outlet. This item has been Fiero tested. Wine is not included!
Yes it is getting close and hopefully the weather will begn to cool off as the month goes by. Going to be a good turn out from the looks of the list plus the few extras that will come in late. On another note, Amber did you get differant wheels on the 85, looks like it from the sig.
Yes, they are from a newish Grand Am. They are part of my excuse for this thread being on the third page in the first place, been spending too much time on that car... be expecting some changes
It better be cooling off soon, the insufferable heat is putting a damper on some of my plans.
