How long did he have your car again? Anyone coulda figured out that swap in that amount of time, especially since his wiring harness got chewed up by a dog and it had to be carbed. (IMO, the harness should have been replaced at dog-owner's expense.)

He doesn't even refute once that he is who Gmetal states that he is... I would imagine that'd be the first order of business if he was putting out false info. But he doesn't... not even a mention of "that's not me" or anything!

Then he does the next common thing - tries to shift the focus onto the person calling them out. (and in this case, further incriminates himself in more negative - and possibly illegal activity).

I've kept quite until now, as I didn't feel I needed to say anything. But enlight of current events, and MTA's attempt at personal attacks at GMetalGT, I'll share mine.

Back a few months ago when I was gearing up for my 4.9 swap, I had most everything I needed. With few exceptions, one being the flywheel. I had come to find out that MTA modified flywheels for this swap. And since I had called a few shops around here and none that I talked to seemed to energetic to plug and redrill a flywheel, I decided to go with MTA.

I send him a PM asking about them, and got the response of price and shipping and such. Ok, seems good so far. I contacted him a short while later, asking if he had flywheels ready to be shipped, as I was running out of time to gather parts, and getting one, shipping it to him, and him shipping it back to me, might have taken too long. I also told this to him in one of my PM's. His response was very professional, he understood my position, and wanted to help. He said if I overnighted a money order to him for $212.00 the flywheel would go out next day.

So I sent him out 212 dollars. I didn't hear from him for a few days. I PM'd him a few times, and finally got the response that is was shipped, but he didn't have the Tracking number. Fine. As long as I get it. It had already been about 1 week since he had the money order. I started my swap in aprox 3 days, and really needed the flywheel. I resorted to daily PM's from him, and never got a response. I finally got the flywheel, one day before I needed to bolt in on. So sure it got there in time, but that's not the point. It took aprox 1.5 - 2 weeks after he had money to get the flywheel to me.

And once i got it, I inspected the holes, and found that 2 of them were oblong, with a 3rd one looking not quite right. Add to that the center bushing I could take out if I wanted. It just didn't seem like the kind of high quality work that I would expect for $212. The only reason I didn't talk to him about it, is I talked to one of my shop Foremen at my work, and he said as long as I mount it a certain way, it should be ok. So I did, and it's been about 200 miles so far. So it is holding up.

There is my story, take it as you will. Just wanted to share my piece.
