This car:

Any more info on it? Pics? (I know the image says Fran, but I don't know who that is anyway )
I know this is sacrilege to some people, but I got to thinking about what to do with my car, and thought I really like the indy's colors, and interior, (personally like a fastback style better for the back though). I think it would be pretty cool to take an indy's interior (one where the rest of it was shot, no sense destroying a good car), put it in my gt, paint it like the above, with rocker panels and the indy scoop (make it functional), and then of course put an sbc in it Anyone else gone a similar route, buildup thread, etc?

...it's a 2.8L V6 Turbo - built on an acutal '84 Indy Pace Car. Very nice & extremely well kept!

Thanks
I'm not sure which would be easier, converting an indy to a fastback, or putting the interior all in a gt... Of course the hardest part is finding the indy in the first place. I guess ease of either operation would depend on condition of the car. Ultimately I would like an indy, but don't know how much that would cost to get.. I already have a gt to start with, which is why I would lean towards going that way.

If I wanted easy, I wouldn't have gotten into fieros
Most likely, I'll redo the GT I have, if I go through with this.

Cool! Why did you change it afterwards? Just get tired of the look after a while? Did you do your interior as well? If so, how? Inquiring minds want to know
