Does anyone have a wrecked GT rear clips? I'm not interested in the entire GT clip, the rear lights, or the sail panels... just (part)of the upper GT rear clip.

What I want?

1. The area near the B-piller that connects to the roof on both sides.
2. The area between the upper sail panel and rear end.

If you have one....please post a pic. I have a winter project that I plan on during. I was at Archie's place. He's "field of dreams" only produced notchbacks. He threw out JScott's wreaked FB clip.

CA would be great. That way I could pick it up. However, I'll pay for shipping if it's outside CA. HMB is located 25 miles south of San Francisco CA. on the coast or 45 miles north of Monterey CA.

Email me. I'm about to cut a fastback up to install my convertible top. I'm about an hour from Archie's on the IL/WI border due north of Chicago.

Do you mean the wing stands? I got those many years ago from IRM. Fiero Warehouse (Doug) produces them now, I belive?

Or wing tips? Got the idea from the Purple pavement eater. The shop in CA custom made them.

I have a decent one (one piece - no real damage) at home that I could get rid of - it was originally blue, then appears to have been rattle-can'd black. I was looking for $100 (and I'm about 5 1/2 hours from Archie's place). I may still have the inner sail panel inserts as well if you need them (I'd have to dig around and see if they're still there). Need pics?

Someone else had mentioned being interested - but he's never made it around, and I could use the money to get rolling a bit more on my Small Block swap

No need for near perfect parts for someone may need it? I'm just looking for crushed or wreaked clips. I have a pipe dream to do real quick, hehehe.

Thanks anyway MinngreenGT. I'm putting your Ausie rockers to good use on #15. And thank you very much for sending them in a timely fashion.

LOL - no problem... I had originally planned on hacking that one up (until I found another suitable donor) for my trailer project. Good luck finding what you're looking for - glad that the rockers are going to good use (I'm watching your build threads closely to see where it's all going ).

Wait... what part are you looking for exactly? I'm going to cut up another damaged set I've already got - but I am only going to use the lower portion of the clip...

This is roughly what will be left when I'm done (I'm using the lower portion) - is that what you'd need?

(fixed the photo link)

Just the area were the sail panel is and part of the upper roof section. nothing bigger than the box you sent the Ausie parts in. I'm picking up my other one from Orville. I just need to arrive at his house to pick them up.

That's what I need. If the part is cut from the center for better S&H would be great! Let me know what the S&H is and what you might sell it too me for? We can do it the same way like last on on the Ausie's.

Thanks.

Well, I shot a few pics this weekend of me cutting the pieces for anyone who might be interested...

After the initial cut...

After trimming the "uprights"

After, I cleaned and dried the parts - then managed to get them both into a single box measuring about 47x29x6 weighing only 14lbs.

Thanks MinnGreenGT. The parts look good on the car.

P.S. Don't throw out your wreaked rear clips. You never know when you'll need them.
