Nothing is impossible when it comes to the well being of a Fiero. Actually, in all seriousness, there's a guy on the forum doing a chop top of his own. If you know a welder and you obviously know a good bodyman, it can be done. Never say never. Car just keeps getting more and more cool looking. I only hope that mine looks half as nice when I'm finished.

I ordered mine from Kenneth Hines. I've heard his tail light piece is good quality and it's pretty much plug and play. Maybe you need some kind of insignia in the middle of the panel to set things off. Maybe a new Fiero logo in chrome.

hey kolja, the stock backlights are much cooler in my honest opinion.the aftermarket pieces look "aftermarket",and as far is I know this is not your goal. by the way,a choptop would be nice and probably the first in germany.maybe I chop my car. are there kits available(side windows and quarter windows)?

Ludwig, I know what you mean and I have been unsure about this mod myself. But since they are bolt in I can always change from one style to the other, depending on daily mood :-)

thats exactly why im not sure what kind of taillights i want. I REALLY like the lit up PONTIAC but if someone made some that lit up Pontiac or even Fiero withe the Ferrari style tail lights i would be on them like a fly of crap.
Oh by the way Yellowstone your car is looking VERY SWEET!!! as usual

I am working on getting the headlight bezel and frame manufactured. If I can get it done for a reasonable price then I'll be selling them shortly. Wish me luck.

Hey Yellowstone the fiero is looking great! You have accomplished a lot lately. About the taillights: years ago you cut the outer lenses, maybe now its time to cut the inner lenses first I too think the 355 panel should be black if youre gonna use it:
This setup is not a new idea but these 2x2 round lights are a nice match to your new headlights, could look cool when combined with the stock housings:
you could use parts from the 355 panel to make recessed inserts in the taillight housing, the outer shape and fitment remains stock. Of course the pon-tiac lighting could remain stock too.

much like this idea i had, it has been done before.
It looks a lot more plain than I thought it would. What about using the lights that have the built in reflectors and white backup lights in the center?

Hmm...they would look good on any other fiero but a bit plain on a Yellowstone fiero....!?! I photoshopped some yellow insert tryouts but they just dont look good....maybe just a cutout with some mesh could do the trick...hows this?
Fie Ro do you have a good close up pic of the Fiero emblem that Yellowstone has in the front grill? If so could you photoshop it onto the middle of the rear light-panel and see how that looks?

Hey Yellowstone, amazing car, one of the best out there. Any chance you can give me some info on those headlights, the pop up duals looks so classy. If they aren't an available product, what about just dimensions so replacements could be found?
Thanks, and again, gorgeous car.
