Any of you guys have a nice digital camera? I was planning to fly down to cover the event for Domestic Driver E-zine, but it looks like I can't make it down there. If any of you guys can send me shots and info on the cars, I can create an article.
Thanks!
Sounds like job I could handle. Each year I take a couple hundred shots at the show. Have a good camera, will burn a disk & give to Ron with any notes he has to forward to you.

Excellent! I sure wish I could make it, since I grew up in Lakeland...

Hey! What the heck kindf of mufflers are you running anyway?? I can replace one of mine for less than $20, ceramic coat it, and have it installed for less than $100. Come on, quit making excuses and get your Fiero over for the show!!
I ordered new Magnaflow mufflers and some U-bend pipes that should be here next week. These are different so they are not a direct fit. I think I only need one day to install them with Lou's help. Basically I need to redesign a little so it is not just an out & in deal. But I hope to find the time and have it ready. Remember that we are expecting delivery of a daughter any time from now on and maybe you still remember how much time that takes out of your daily routine

Unhappily, effective immediately because of processing time with Daytona Racing District, we can no longer accept full registration for the Daytona show.
I grew up in Michigan so I know what you're talking about, but Florida's not much better. Unfortunately, its been about 75 degrees every day this week, so I couldn't resist driving the T-Top to work all week. Now I have to prep it for the show all over again! Had to mow the damn lawn today, too! This Florida winter weather really sucks!
Well Tom. It's like this , the 'ol Red Formula has done pretty well at Daytona for us in the past. Course , don't know how it may stack-up against lower mileage counterparts. But last year the Yeller car didn't win me anything. Course that could have been for some "Tom guy" parking his very nice green car next to mine at the show and making my yeller car not look so good anymore. Hell , you never know , we might just bring both of 'em. LOL. Course if we did that , Carolyn couldn't sleep while riding. See ya in 20 days !!
Ronnie, ...........Get a towbar, then Carolyn can sleep ! Don't fret about winning anything, I'm bringing the (used to be yours) 88 GT, so that catagory is a DONE DEAL.... .........Brenda is chompin' at the bit for some warm wearher, so we'll see ya'll week after next, GLW !

Ahh , I really don't go down expecting to win anything , too many nice cars there. It's just a fun weekend with people we've met thru the Fiero network. Always look forward to Daytona. Man , I miss that car everytime I see my old pictures of it. Bet you've got it all shined up by now. Look forward to seeing you guys again , and the car !

OK guys and gals, I'm really curious now! After reviewing 58 pages of the General Fiero Chat thread "Girls with Fiero's Gallery", I'm really wondering if any of these lovely gals are coming to Daytona. You see, it's this way - Its warm here (requires less clothing), the beach is here (requires less clothing - you can wear a bathing suit all day - and all night!), lots of guys here are older than your boyfriend or hubby (Wear fewer clothes - we're harmless), many of the guys here are old and feeble and occasionally need their hearts jump-started (wear fewer clothes - or a bikini - that really gets their old tickers pumping). I could say more, but my wife is about ready to slap the )&$% out of me here, so come on down and enjoy the weather and the show with us. We're looking forward to seeing all of you - I mean seeing you all! See you at Daytona - soon!
Especially, when we are suffering with such glorious weather!!!
I bet Archie would like to be here with his roadster
Well, I'll be there soon with the Roadster.
however being in the North has some advantages.......... Yesterday I had a chance to drive Chuck's (MotorTV) 383 LT1 with the intercooled turbo on it. All I can say is WOW !!!!!!! That is the fastest Fiero (or any car) I've ever driven.
Chuck is planning to caravan down to Daytona with me (yes he's driving it down). Anyome who can talk Chuck into taking them for a ride, is going to get the ride of a lifetime.

Well I went to the doctor today with chest pains, don’t know if I want the crap scared out of me Turns out I just have bronchitis, nothing that will stop me from going to Daytona.

I/We regret to say that we will not make it to Daytona this year. We have had a death in the family (Grandpa Bonzo) and our focus has turned away from the car. I want to thank Frank for putting my car on the Flyer. You all have a great time and take lots of pics.

Well, I just couldn't miss all the fun and I just sent in my entry fee directly to the Daytona Racing District. I'm not interested in competing, just hanging out for three days. Frank do I need to pay the $10 competition fee if I just want to park in the infield with the Fieros?

Ps- I'm bringing the t-top
Jonathan
