last i heard he was breeding cats (the expensive kind) and his live in g/f started another job (again). he's been workin' stupid hours for theis HVAC co. and has screwed up his back several times. this information is about 2 months old... he DID move since your original posting and I'm not sure of his address or if he still has the same # anymore.

His number must have changed and he's been purposely avoiding me. He owes me $870 and I now have a loan to pay off on top of other things so if there's ANY way you could get me more information I would really appreciate it.

Bump. Still nothing and it's time for legal action. The problem is I don't know my rights or how to start anything. Any help or information would definitely be appreciated.

Friends helped me track him over several boards that he frequents and I think we harassed him enough to where he actually sent my parts. My cables are shitty and the slave is pooched but he did send them eventually.

Do you have any documentation of this transaction? Any corrospondence from the seller? Email or promise to send parts yada yada? Sellers legal name and last known address? Place of employment? How did you get the $100 bucks? Check or money order? If a "US Postal money order" was sent then you can look at the Feds for assistance.

If yes to the others you may try to turn it over to a collection agency. They pay you for a cut of the action and its their problem to pester & collect.
Do a search on collection agencys in your local area and then in the sellers area.
Let us know how you make out.

If he is selling stuff through the mail, taking money then NOT sending the stuff, I'd contact the Post Office and report it - that's mail fraud. I'd also NOT stop until I saw him prosecuted, no matter how long it took. How stupid on his part - he must not know he can go to jail for that .....

Since you know about where he lives, I'd get the number of the local police (yellowpages.com) and talk to them too.

Put that scumbag away ....
