I am sorry to say that my badge has not turned up either. In interest of trying to help you keep your sanity I will wait again until the end of this week, but after that, if it has not arrived I think I would like to take you up on your offer of a refund. I really hope it does show up as I would like to have one of these fine looking badges.
Nolan

Hey gang, in all fairness to Andrew, I'd tend to beleive him. The International mail system can be a joke sometimes. When I've had to deal with it, it's been real hit or miss. I beleive him if he said he sent your items, personally and I know it sucks waiting, but that doesn't make it his fault!
i know i ordered some thing from him on a sat. night and i had the stuff at my door in the after noon on tuesday. so i know he ships his stuff out as soon as he gets it.

I did have two choices: 1) send by regular mail for about $1.50 2) send by FedEx for about $20, just to Canada
I take responsibility for not getting them out sooner, and for being a cheapskate!
It took more than 6 weeks to get here but worth it. If you are waiting for one to arrive you will certainly be satisfied when it arrives! It's beautifull.

Thanks Andrew!
No fair... thats the same one I ordered. Sigh... any estimate on when you will get mine?
Yet another bump. I think the worst aspect of this whole deal is not just the delay, but the lack of response to questions and concerns. If this was my reputation on the line, I would darn sure be doing daily updates on everyones progress.......
I have to agree with you, I paid for my badge back in January and I still have not heard when I will recieve it If it were me even if I could not meet the order on time I would like to keep all parties informed.

Well I did get an email reply back from Andrew after having emailing him directly (don't have the badge yet, but did get a response back and right now I am happy for that, it is a start). He must not check this thread very often. For those that don't have any luck posting here, email him and then let me know on this thread your response.

Nobody's seen him around the forum lately, but I've never seen anything that would suggest he was dishonest. I'm sure there's a reason he's not been around.

Never seen anything that would suggest he was dishonest????? What, have you not read this thread. How about people sending him money over half a year ago and not getting what they ordered and not replying to questions/emails/PM's. Gee whiz, what kinda proof do YOU NEED. I mean seriously, just what then is your definition of dishonest. And I will have to look it up later (don't have the time to go through all 9 pages again right now), but there was someone who said that if this deal didn't go through for people he would stand in and do refunds in Andrews place. Wonder if he is still willing to do that.

This is just my opinion ………I am not defending anyone. I think Andrew is definitely handling this wrong by just disappearing. I don’t think he started out thinking about how much money he could screw people out of. I think he had good intentions; he just got in over his head. He tried offer too many choices and had several orders that weren’t what the customer wanted.. He had several orders get lost??????? He has no money to replace these orders and these are the people he is avoiding.
That was me...I still believe in Andrew..he has a phone number listed on his online store.I wonder if somebody over there would ring it, and see if you get any joy. Also, Gordo was in contact by phone, on and off...perhaps he has some news..Are you there, Gordo?? If I can get in touch with Andrew, and find out who is still out of pocket, I will endeavour to help Andrew out. Nick

You just have to read my sig, Nolan. I believe in responsibility..and I made an offer. I will do my best to make good , as promised. I know several Members here have already posted that they haven't received their badges. If other claims start appearing, over and above those already posted, I can't guarantee to help them out, until Andrew confirms that those orders are still outstanding..which naturally will depend on anybody getting Andrew to contact me.I will email Andrew, and hope he will answer me. Nick

Email to Andrew has been sent...hoping he is able to reply..I don't know how the legal system works over there. After his spell in detention, he was released.Just wondering if there is a probation period, and whether something from the past has surfaced, or something new, which might have resulted in him being incarcerated again? Settle down, Beavis. I offer an opinion and you jump all in my face like I owed you money. Chill out.
I've seen Andrew post on here and disappear from time to time. I know he has personal issues that some people on here know about. I won't go into them because it's not my place. But the point is, I can see him either leaving the forum for a while (or for good) and I can also believe something in his personal life has prevented him from fulfilling his obligations here. Andrew posted here that he would be unavailable for a few months a while back. There could be other issues he was unable to warn the forum about.
No, that doesn't get you your money back. What it does is suggest that it's my belief if/when he returns, he'll do his best to get everyone their badge or refund.

Everybody who has not received their badges from Andrew, please post the amounts outstanding here Nick
1 x V8 fiero badge - standard colors.
Nick - I can send proof of purchase if needed (used paypal / AMEX). Send direct email or PM if needed.
I don't see this as a scam from Andrew to rip people off. That's a lot of effort he went through to make that small amount of money. Even if it's 20 people that are out of pocket on this, that's barely a grand. Significant money yes, but there are a lot of easier ways to make more money than that. Got to believe that something unforeseen has happened.

Hi I`m not so bothered about the money I just really wanted the badge for the car when it is ready I paid for a pair of badges but I pm Andrew to say that I would be happy to accept just one badge.
I don't expect you to have to cover Andrew. Was curious if (and even more so, why?) you were still believing in him enough to be willing to cover someone else's poor business ethics. That you are willing to hold to your word. That I admire. That you should be stuck with covering for him when he doesn't hold to his word, eh now that I don't neccesarily feel right in holding you to.
He may very well have other issues. Honestly, it doesn't matter and I really don't care. I do a lot of internet and face to face retail sales (over 2 million gross sales per quarter in all of the various business combined) . And yeah, there have been times that I couldn't be there to directly answer questions or handle business directly myself. Many many times. In those instances you don't just say "well screw em" and let everything hang till its convienent for yourself. You designate someone to "handle it" in your place. To just let business hang (especially prepaid business) is absolutely, 100% in-excusable. Again, I am also involved with the deal with getting the 355 nose and 360 rear end from germany. That deal has had setback after setback, delay after delay. While that sucks, I am 100% behind the seller as he has always been straightforward, honest, and up to date on what is going on. Delays happen. Problems come up. Vendors, shippers, and suppliers let you down. That is part and parcel of doing business anywhere in this world. To ignore everyone after taking their money, that is known as fraud. Doesn't matter how good your intentions were or are, it all comes down to what you do (both ethically and legally).
For the record I ordered two custom badges for $223 Got one. So figure out 111.50
Not a huge sum of money for sure. Lost more on less. Would rather have had the second badge then a refund. It is just the whole principal of this that ticks me off.
