Wuss. We're taking our STS, and it doesn't have air.
We'll be there tomorrow, and looking forward to attending our FIRST Fiero show!
I don't see YOU making the trip in a Fiero! It's mostly because my father can't be without the AC, not to mention being crammed in the passenger seat, plus the slight shaking above 65.
Damn, missing all the fun this weekend. Was supposed to come out to the show this weekend also, but had an emergency come up. I'm re-plumbing my bathroom tub this weekend. Future in-laws needs more practice on how to insert a valve without cross threading the pipe, now the whole tap section has to be replaced, instead of one little rubber seal.
Have fun and take lots of pics for us unlucky ones who wish we were there.
Just got back, what a great show once again! Excellent turnout, great people and great cars. I enjoyed meeting a few forum members, some for the second or third time. If I had brought my beat up old 84, I would have been laughed out of the show, all the other cars there were SO much nicer than mine!
Already looking forward to next year!

LOL, don't blame you.
We just got back ourselves. We had a great time! I'd post some pics, if it didn't take FOREVER on dial-up.

We had an awesome day for the show. Weather was overcast for the better part of the day with the some sunshine. It was around 80 F at it's hottest. We were able to utilize the grass along side the Automotive Hall of Fame which was lined with trees which made it ideal when the giving most of the show goers a nice shady place to sit and relax.
Friday evening we had our Dinner with the MFC at Buddy's Pizza. We had a good time with our Ohio guests. A group of Folks from the GTA club were on their way, however one of their members had some car issues (more on that later) and they did not make it in until after we had completed out feast.
We went on a cruise and then off to everyone's favorite Fiero show activity, GO KARTING!
more to follow..........................

We had 55 registerd cars in the show field, with about 6 more in the lot during the day. Not counting the 4 Prototypes
Saturday after the show a group of us went out to dinner (again, always eating). We meet back at the host hotel and had another evening of Go-Karting. This was a group of PFF'ers, Ohio86se, PBJ, Her86GT, RareW66, doublec4, FieroFarmGirl and myself as well as Gabe and his son from Canada had another fun evening of Karting. We had an awesome time, with yours truly getting spun more times than I care to remember.

There were a couple if Indy's there, but the dash on this one is noteworthy. (Notice the speedo, and the temp guages. MPH on the inside, and temp is in Celcius).
PBJ was there sporting a great looking Fiero with a Firebird dash. (Although, we never did get to meet him and his wife).
We did get to meet the owner of this Fiero Spyder. (He's selling it, BTW). Very nice guy, but just don't whip out your camcorder and start recording video. He'll charge you $5 per minute. (At least that's what we were told). Sorry if I got any drool on the car. Interior shot.
The top down.
Rear shot.
3800SC under the hood.
We had a great time yesterday, and it was well worth the drive down. Thank you all for bringing the Fiero's, and to those of you who took the time to talk to us about your cars. We can't wait to see you all again.

Rodney Dickman selling is fine Fiero items. "THANK YOU RODNEY" for coming to our show 2 years running.
How'd I get caught emptying my wallet at Rodney's ?
Thank you Rodney for the fine motor and tranny mounts I just finished bolting on. (I'm guessing you're not supposed to be able to bottom the original trans mounts out just by squeezing them between a thumb and forefinger) No more clackety-clackety-clack on takeoff, but boy does it feel a little different.

Just an interesting story about this car at the show. When they unloaded the car they were not able to keep it fired. It would keep staling out. We ended up pushing it over to the display area. Later in the day Vicki asked the guy who was there from GM with the cars if they figured out what was wronge with the car. It turns out that it was out of gas!
And that other car ...

Well I just got home, and got only about half my stuff in the house before I couldn't wait any longer to come check out the PFF pics.
I'll post my pics soon, probably tomorrow tho.
A huge THANK YOU goes out to everyone involved and for everyone who was there and I was able to meet. It was a great weekend... including the couple hours we sat on the 401 while Doublec4 had some automotive problems.
He should be home shortly and I'm sure he will let you in on how he won the Hard Luck Award.

As a member club of the Midwest Fiero Clubs ( www.fieros.us ), the 2006 MFC show "Fieros at the Hall" was celebrting the 20th Anniversary of the 1986 Fiero. At each of the member shows, one 1986 Fiero is judged to be the best original 1986 Fiero. Dave Hill took the award at our show with his beautiful, Gold 1986 GT. Dave now has the opportunity to take his car to Fierorame in September, to compete for the best original 1986 Fiero in the Midwest.

Wow! What a great show and good memories! Pete and I had a wonderful time and met a lot of great people. This was our first time to this show and you's will see us for sure next year. I think the go-karting last night was one of the best parts. See you's in a few weeks.

We didn't stay too long, but we had a good time. Even the kids enjoyed it. I got to meet a few people. That was cool. Thanx for the great event.

I had an awesome weekend. Katelyn and I enjoyed the show and loved the go karting afterwards. Definitely something we'd want to attend again.
Thanks to everyone who organized it and hopefully we'll see some of you again soon.
Keep the pictures coming!
... oh yeah and I was the hard luck winner this year. I broke down on the side of the highway. A stupid little wire off the coil snapped randomly. Thanks to Pete and Becky for helping out with that and thanks to all the other team Canada members for waiting around for me. ------------------

I'd like to say "Thank you" to all those who attended. Without you, we have no reason to put on a show. I'd also like to thank those vendors who assisted in sponsoring the show.
GM - Prototypes
Paul McKibben, The Fiero Store, The Fiero Factory, The Fiero Warehouse, McGuires & Roush Racing - Door Prizes
And finally, Rodney DIckman, for not only providing door prizes, but for coming to the show.
We look forward to seeing everyone again in 2007.

It was a great seeing people I haven't seen in a few years and meeting a few new people. It's funny how we greet with our real names and then our PFF names and then we're recognized.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at the show. We had a great time and everyone was so friendly that we will be back next year (as long as it is not that much farther in location, wink wink) I know shut up and let's see the pictures.
