Did you get fast delivery. I order some rocker panels for my Fiero almost a month ago (and charged) from Archie and have not recieved them to date. First time I do biz with him. Is it always this slow to get your order?

I placed the order and I was told 2 weeks. I did email after two weeks to check-up and never heard back from him then a week later I called him. He said he would have them soon. Does anyone else know where I can get IRM type Rocker Panels. I'm thinking about canceling my order with him. Someone here in the forum PMed me and said his took 6 weeks and the quality was NOTt good.

Archie gets several hundred emails he has to sort through each day or so I hear. Yours could have gotten lost in there. Your best bet with Archie is to give him a phone call, it can take him several weeks to answer an email. As for the quality of the parts, I am curious as to what was bad that this person PM'ed you about, was it fit or finish?
I've just bought me one of these and I'm looking forward to building it, based on my '86 2.8
I am so jealous of you . I do not plan on getting to start my "Fiero Finale" for many many years, probably after college when I am more fianancially stable & able to take on the huge project I plan. An idea on what color you are going to choose? Good luck and take LOTS of pictures. I have many "Finale" pictures on my pc and wouldn't mind more haha.

I called Archie to see if he has a better build manual and he asked me to drop him an e-mail and the very next day there was a reply with loads of photos and build sheets.
My sincere thanks to Archie!

Good luck! I started a thread to see who has the kits, but not many responded. Mine is at www.finiero.com.
Saxman,
I congratulate you on building the car I've always imagined my Fiero being.
Except one or two 'tweaks'. I'm going for what seems to be an easier swap, a 3800 Series II, not sure if I want it suped (I live in the desert), and I'm working out whether or not any one of my "roof scoop" ideas would be able to shove some cool air into the engine compartment, enough to imporve any performance, or if it just looks pretty.
Anyone got any ideas or suggestions? I don't build cars, and this is something I've been working out on paper and computer for a while.
BTW, Kentish, congrats and good luck on the build!

That looks great! Do you mind if I steal the scoop and visor when I rebuild? That color looks nice, too. Very impressive!
I'd be friggin' honored, as long as you took pics and sent 'em my way!
Also, since you've physically touched the kit, I should ask if there was a way and would it be at all functional to add that scoop? I'm trying to cool the engine bay off with it, and possibly force some nice cool air into the super, ala internal ducting, sorta like...
or
...But more stealthy.
