Talking to a guy here locally that used to be an engineer for GM about being a judge. He has owned Fieros in the past. Keep your fingers crossed that he says "Yes".

Tom - sorry to hear you won't be able to make it. I am sure that there will be plenty of pics taken. Get to feeling better!!

It looks like I'm out as well. I don't trust the car enough to drive it 200 total miles on Saturday. Not to mention, it's not registered/inspected so I would be risking a ticket.

Becky and I might be able to make it to the drive-in with the kids to look at the cars. That's still up in the air.

Won't be leaving with the Houston caravan, my waterpump went out while I was at the bank. I'm trying to buy a new pump now and get it installed. I may leave later this evening if nothing else breaks!

Just had two of the rear deck heat grills donated as a door prize by Sam's Garage here in Gatesville!!!!

After they get cleaned up, they should be in pretty good shape.

My last post today (and probably the weekend) ---

EVERYONE BE SAFE getting here and heading back home.

After a host of small problems and faced with a late late start, wifey convinced me to just leave in the morning. Being the days festivities called for sleeping in late, I agreed.
I am leaving now, taking the same route.
EDIT
In the rain.

I'm out
I got the waterpump put in last night, finished about 9pm. That tired me out, thought I'd give it a try this morning. Left at 6 am and it died on me about 5 miles from my house. Just got back home, turned out to be the ignition moduale. I guess it wasn't meant for me to make it to this event. Have Fun everyone and post pics.

Well I Drove from Spring to Dallas on the 13th to catch a concert. Plan from there was to drive to Waco via 35e. Only problem was there was a officer in Italy(yes Texas) that thought that since I have a wristban on I must have drank to much alcohol to drive. Well he took me in without a breath test. Impounded my car.......
I got out at 5am and just got home. After last night I just put me out of the mood. (BTW I had 5 beers to drink over the course of 6 hours, iwas in no way intoxicated.)

Tired of working on the house, had no plans to go to this since I'm not sure I knew about it. Been a few weeks since I was on the internet. Will drive down there and drive around, maybe I'll see some Fieros. Not enough time on the library computer left to read all 14 pages of threads for hotel/location/event info. Wish me luck.

Nice to see some of you in person finally. Sorry we didn't make it to the breakfast but my wife and I stayed for the double feature and did not get back until late. Needless to say we were sleeping! Hopefully we'll be making some more of these get-togethers.

Tim you did a good job from what I can tell. Can't wait for the next HOTFO meeting.
