the LQK here has four fieros. three notchback and one fastback. The fastback is an 86. it's complete bodywise minus one quarter window and passenger side taillight. the engine is missing the intake and valve covers. it's pretty odd too, in that it's all black, even the ground effects and it doesn't appear to have been painted over. also, for you swappers, there a 3.4 TDC in a lumina there. those don't pop up here often. this one hasn't been raped yet if anyone is looking for one. i could possibly lend a hand dropping it if needed. somone get these parts before they get crushed!!

it's an automatic trans. i don't know about the title. i've never asked about one in a junkyard car. the rust isn't too bad on it so i assume it's been a southern car. it looks like it could buff out really nice so i don't know why it's there other than maybe it needed engine work and sat too long. it's not wrecked at all and the front fascia is really nice (no sag). i was going to grab the drivers side taillight. it has delamination going on as usual but i thought about getting it anyway, just to have. but, i just got my vette panel from doug (fiero warehouse) so i left it for somone who may really need it. i can go back tomorrow and get the VIN or any parts if anyone needs anything. i can't get too wrapped up in it but i can grab what i can.

Which LKQ is it? Maybe I'll run by and look at them this week, it's worth the $2.00 I figure.

it's the clearwater one, off 118th (not sure what the street is) next to the japanese scrap yard. get off 275 on the 118th/bryan dairy exit and it's on the right side. it's the bigger of the two over here.

If anything, please remove the front & rear bumbers and most important....get the rear clip! Hey Shawn, is the junkyard the same one you and I went too this year?

yes, same one! i wish i could get the clip and fascias just to have on hand. funds at the moment though, won't allow that. unless i can get them to deal with me.

for anyone trying to find this place, it was formerly called cophers u pull it. LKQ has it now.

What do you think they'll charge for the rear clip? $70 bucks? I doubt they even care "how much" it cost since they crushed a near perfect 88 GT.

they charge $25.00 for bumper covers. i don't know what they'd charge for the rear clip. i'm going to take one of the guys out there with me and deal with him (at least try to). i know they don't get squat for the plastic anyway. seems like they'd just give that stuff away rather than crush it and waste space for the steel and aluminum. the other one of interest is an 87 coupe. oddly though, all of these are missing the front badge....what's up with people just taking that? and they're not just ripped off, they take the time to crawl under and get the nuts off. kind of odd to me i guess.

I talked to Shawnkfl today. The black GT fastback is still sit'n at the junk yard. Given the swap yarp reputation, I don't think it'll be around for too long. Somebody already remove the upper plenum.
