Lets hear from everyone who wants to go. And next month would probably be best for all. Should we make it run of some sort or maybe just a gathering that first time at some resturant and then make plans there for something? BTW: I lean towards a saturday so I can watch football on sunday and I suppose I'm not alone in that desire. While I'm here, does anyone have an extra gas cap door. I want to do one in alluminium to see how it will look on my car and dont want to ruin mine, since the car was recently painted.

I'm not available in September but I'd enjoy getting together in the future. I live in NoVA and have a stock '86 GT that spends too much time sitting my garage and would look forward to a little road trip.

It's been about a month since I was on the site. You can count me in as a Fredericksburg Fiero. I spend more time here than I do in Suffolk. I have had the fiero up here a couple times. If there are any get-togethers planned keep me in the loop. Monday nite thru Wednesday nite would be good for me - I spend weekends at home in Suffolk.

I started this thing and now I've been draging me feet with respect to setting a date. Seems I had to take my 86GT somewhat apart (take my turbo out almost) to check clearences for our new headers etc. In the process I found that my exhaust-to-turbo inlet gassket was half gone! No wonder I was having a problem getting enough boost. Well, anyway I'm waiting for that gasket and will then put my custom exhaust back on it. As soon as it's ready, I'll be looking to set a date for our meet.

There's still a chance i may get there, but it dont look very good. Dont think I'll get the gasket for my turbo in time to get it all back together. Always something... At least it's not Carlisle

Just got the gasket today, dont think I'll have enough time to get it all back together and make that show. Since I have it apart so much, I want to do some detailing while I'm at it, else I could do it quicker.
BTW: if any of you chat on other Fiero sites, let them about this club of sort that we're trying to put together, here in northern Va, the more the better.

Well I tried, but didnt get it all done today, what with working on headers mostly. Still need to replace a faulty fuel rail and finesh up some engine compartment detailing. With my engine now in gloss black (yes, the short runner intake looks really cool in black) I also picked up a set of yellow ign wires. The black wires were ok when the engne was red. I'll take some pics soon.

Ok, lets get off our butts and settle on a day. First saturday in Oct is the 7th. How many can make that date? For that first meet, lets keep it simple. Maybe meet in Central Park just off 95. There's lots of parking and lots of resturants. BTW: I was there today and saw 3 sol in one lot, a red, a yellow and a silver one. Maybe take ride on twisty River road in Spotsylvania to my place later. We could plan for something better in the near future like a run or whatever that day.

Well that makes two of us. With where you live you can easily swing by my place on the way there or back and checkout where we are at with our 87GT. May have our new headers and intake on it by then.

As I suspected, work just changed my schedule yesterday, effective immediately. I'm off Sundays and Mondays now as opposed to being off on Fridays and Saturdays.
