I dunn know.......most colors are dyed. Why not pink?
I was thinking that, but Mr. Mike would buy them already dyed and I don't know if there is a supplier of hot pink dyed leather. Maybe vinyl, but probably not leather.

There are a couple of bags left to open and photograph, some in Midnight and some in Midnight and Dark Gray. I have recieved a bunch of emails asking about colors like Tan, Blue, Red, Lambo-Creme, etc. There are none of those, besides the Tan leather-ette shown. 75% of Fieros were built with Gray interiors, most of the kits are Gray or a combination of Grays, these are the most popular. This year I stopped sewing the backrests when I got to the headrests, so most of the sale kits have the option of adding the headrest speaker holes. Thank you all for your continued support, MrMike

Thanks for your support of the Fiero community.
But here is a marketing suggestion...most of us who buy custom leather seats are not trying to duplicate the boring stock Pontiac gray color schemes. For my next project I would like maybe an all bright red interior, or maybe yellow and black, (but not pink that was someone else ). So there might be more demand for bright colors than you might think.

I am quite aware of the customer's requests for Bright Colors; a recent build was All Bright Red, someone said "That's one ripe tomato!”. Another of my favorites was Electric-Blue with Silver-Metallic inserts and Purple welts & logos. (Fiero owners should realize it is the PT Cruiser biz that has boosted the color palette from 8 to 26.) But these are custom builds, not Christmas specials. If the kit you want is not listed on the Christmas sale please (and I do mean PLEASE) contact me and I will be happy to custom build an outrageous set of seats just for you. Thank you, MrMike

Yes, "Seat Belt Slots" is still an option. These are open slots inserted into the seams (front & back) at the base of the headrest. This allows the 2 shoulder belts to be fed through the seat. You can see details at- http://www.mrmikes.com/fieroseatbeltslots.htm But this is a custom option, and must be built into the upholstery before the leather is assembled, the Christmas sale kits do not have these.
Thanks, MrMike

I really like the two tone tan and dark tan on your web site. I've got a GT and will want to go with new visors - and extra leather for the steering wheel as well.
I filled out the order form and just before I hit send - decided to wait a little.
I'm planning to make D7 and was figuring I'd call you a month or so before then to put together an order and then just drive in and get you to do the install - right then and there.... Rats - probably shouldn't have written this as others will likely want to do the same thing. The problem I have with this is I won't be able to stop and will then probably add the interiror door panels as well!
Would you consider doing the install - or give me space so I could do it in your shop or on your property?
Inquiring minds wanna know!

I should get my tan seats within a week - I'll let you know how easy they install on the build thread and if you want to watch the video first - let me know.

Cool!
When I was at Archie's in September his "boys" were installing a black pair for TroyBoy's monster. I watched them do the install and it was easy. I think it easier with two people - putting in the crimps - but if you're "stong like bull" should not be a touch act to repeat!
If you want - I can help you to the install - or at least tell you how they were done at Archie's place.

I can do an install at Daytona Beach 07,,, IF Dragon does not bring that 5 gallon jug of Margaritas again Note- Light_Tan Leather: The tannery called again Friday, said they made another batch, I asked (again) "What color is the crust?". He said "Ivory". I said "So if I scratch it, it shows a white line?" He said "No, it shows an Ivory line". I said "No Thanks".

Woo hoo! Just ordered a set this morning and already got the confirmation from Mr. Mike. Great price. I can't wait to receive it; this is a major milestone in my restoration.

Mine just showed up today! I went with the Dark Gray (outer) & Midnight (inner) Up & Over 2-tone GT Style with silver Fiero logos. Since they're technically an X-mas present, I'm not allowed to play with them until X-mas morning, but I did open up the box and take a quick peak. From what I saw, top notch quality!

I almost ordered that set, but after looking at some installed pictures the set I ordered gave me an idea since I plan on ordering a console cover at some point and then having some custom embroidery done to it. But I did have some definite ideas with the Midnight and Dark Grey set, post some pictures when you get them installed, they should look great.

Woo hoo! The UPS man brought my early Christmas gift today.
I ordered this set:
This is what I had in the box less the can of spray adhesive which I forgot to put with the stuff. Oh, and what a wonderful smell!
A big thanks to Mr. Mike for shipping the kit so quickly. I can't wait to install them. It's going to be a husband/wife project, the first one on the Fiero. I will post pics when the job is complete.

Will do. I plan to install them X-mas day, so I'll try to post some pics then.
