This was mine a couple of years ago, in my garage at home. It's now in a storage unit just outside of town. Looks pretty much the same, except the storage unit is a LOT less cluttered...

I honestly don't think you could build one for under a hundred bucks. I might try though. Some painters drop cloths, glue on zippers, hot glue, a decent exhaust fan, and a lot of seam sealer. hmmmmm

No hurricanes have hit Georgia since I've been alive. I've seen them hit Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, even Mississippi and Alabama with their tiny coastlines, but not Georgia. And besides, Atlanta isn't exactly close to the coast, even if a hurricane hit Savannah it'd be weakened to a regular storm by the time it got here.
