The MFC is pleased to announce their 2007 show, "Fieros at the Hall." Once again we are returning to the Automotive Hall of Fame in Dearborn, Michigan. The show will be held on July 20th and 21st, 2007.
We will have a dinner and fun activity planned for Friday July 20th. Saturday July 21st will be the show at the Hall, followed by an evening of Go Karts for those brave enough to race with us.
More information will be posted in this thread as it is available.
Rose is planing on being there and is looking forward to seeing all her friends. Best guess right now is that she will be the only one coming. Anni and Red would love to come but not sure how we can afford to bring all three of them.
I doubt my car will be even close to ready by then (summer modifications but it's certainly road-worthy.) Can one attend W/O showing? Don't let the Indiana reference mislead ya' ...I live near K-Zoo!

The show committee decided to offer up a variety of hotels at different price levels for our guests to choose from. My best suggestion would be for those coming in to keep in touch here as to where everyone is staying. The 4 hotels are listed on the bottom of the registration.
I have also updated information on the www.fieros.us website. cliuck on events, then click on "Michigan Fiero" for details.
I have had a number requests about which hotel everyone is staying at. There is not a designated host hotel, but I will recommend using the Comfort Inn in Taylor, MI as the home base for all of the out of town guests. It offers a free breakfast, is 7 miles from the show grounds, offering a nice little cruise back and forth, and is situated on Telegraph road, offering an the possibility of an evening cruise and has a ton of restaurants on it.
I hope this helps, and I will let our show committee know about everyones concerns.
Mark

Joyce and I had a great time last year........racing down airport rd.......trying out Becky's car...and the go-carts were awesome... looking forward to making the trip up again this year...........disappointed about a host hotel though...would like to stay with the group if possible........thinkin the comfort inn on S.telegraph sounds good...... had a good time sharing some beverages and watching the planes with everyone.............would hate to miss out on the opportunity to do that again..... will keep watching for more info on where everyone is staying...........see you then!!
for those interested in coming to the show, Please make the Comfort Inn your choice of a hotel. That is where I have been telling people to stay as it is close to the site yet you get a nice cruise to the show grounds from there. It is also close to many different things like shopping (a mall), resturants and GO CARTS! (and me)
I will be heading the charge for our cruise and the Go Carting on Friday evening and if enough people want to do it again on Saturday, we will repeat the fun after the show.
I couldn't make it last year, plan to be there this year, just booked my room today for the show. It said only 2 non-smoking rooms left and 2 smoking rooms left. 1 non-smoking room left now
I'll be there again! Probably without the Fiero, though. No mechanical problems this year (yet), but I doubt I could convince my father to make the five hour trip in it.
