And a bunch of guys STILL working on a Fiero........
You know what? I don't think I have ever met a nicer bunch of people!!!!!! I ran into some fuel pump problems at the track. Got trailered back to the hotel by a super nice member (sorry forgot your PFF name but real name is Chuck) who offered to do it. Then Godfather (Joe), his son (Joe) took about 6 hours time in 2 days to help me get it all fixed up. I can't thank them enough! Joe senior's wife Robin and their daughter Sarah (hope thats how she spells it) were just as great and nice. GKDINC (Gary) made numerous trips to the auto parts store for us. Thanks again Gary! During our adventure under the car, a little gas started to come out of a hose as we were putting the tank back in. It was headed right for my face and in a total reflex action I jerked my head to the side and right into the bottom edge of the trailer! Left me with a nice goose egg on the side of my head and a nice tender spot for awhile. But I'll live I bought pizza for everyone for all the help and we all sat by the pool and just had a ball. As frustrating as it all was for me, I must say we had a great time full of laughs.
We all had a ball at the go cart track. The nitro cars were awsome!!! The first night at the track it started raining so the track gave us all a free pass for the nitro cars ($25.00 value). With the pass you get 2 trips down the track. Man those things are fast! On night 2 at the track I got to race the nitro cars against Joe's daughter Sarah. I beat her both times (sorry Sarah had to rub it in )! hehehehe. On our second run I had a 3.311 time and hers was a 3.315 Talk about a photo finish!
I was on the list for the Dyno but decided not to push my luck with the car.
I made it back home with no troubles and will be doing some touch up work in the engine bay just to re-mount some wires.
Joe & Joe I really can't express how thankfull I am for all your help.

I Thought that Troyboy's car would be the photo opportunity of the day, but I was wrong...
It was watching DL10 sing the "ballad of Shaun Hammitt" and get in his face to where I thought he would pound him into the sand. I have a video that I'll post on U tube later.
But stills will have to do for now, until after the dinner
ROFLMFAO no verses of archie "imagine that, me working for you" lol thanks for the video, made me laugh!

Great pics! Thanks for taking the time! Those of us who couldn't make it are certainly enjoying the slideshow.
It was a 3800 with supercharcher null+void, replaced by a turbo+intercooler setup. has way more potential. It was the strongest Fiero there.
V8's were running 230-240hp at the wheels, 280-290 tq
3.4 had i think nea 160 something at the wheel (i may be wrong though!) and then he did 2 nitrous runs and hit 231hp
ALSO!! correction, the car pictured above is not Black Betty (Old Lar) it is Alex's Black Widow project, Black Bety is my 1986 GT.. soon to be running hopefully!!!
and yes, i am the big 2-3 today... wooo.... just an excuse to stay down here another day we went down to the beach for a couple hours tonight and are going back tomorrow. (we even saw a drunk guy+girl go skinny dipping!)
once i return home i will begin editing my Daytona 07 video, so if you have any video (especially of the dyno!) please let me know!!

^ Celebrity appearance by Wiggles, courtesy of her agent, Brygida!
^ Norm could tell I was in love with this car, so he offered me the keys! I'm 6' 1" and near 290, and I didn't have any trouble fitting into it. (Thanks again Norm!) You just might see one of these with CHEEVR plates on it one of these days.
^ There's Norm

^ I really had to fight the urge to write down the phone number from that For Sale sign.
^ I would use the word "overkill", but since it's an ambulance, well...
I admit, when I first saw this, I laughed. But there was a paper on the passenger side window with some information (too small for my camera), and it made me think again. 45 mpg, 85 mph, and the space behind the seats was almost as big as a Fiero trunk. So ugly, it's cute! Later, Yellowstone showed a picture of one and I believe he was saying they aren't bad. They are made by Mercedes in France.
The drawings for door prizes (I won a Fiero hat!), and the awards for the Bug Kill.
^ Ask these guys about "the lube". They will decline to comment. That's all I'm gonna say about that.
