There are multiple SAE correction factors, and depending on which one you use can cause a variance of 10%-20% easily.
Most dynos use the SAE J-607 correction factor which corrects to 60°F, 29.23 in-Hg barometric pressure.
(by comparison, most OEMs like GM use SAE J-1349, which corrects to 77°F, 29.92 in-Hg)
The SAE J-607 factor will give higher results than J-1349, which is why many people get more power than expected when they dyno bone stock cars and compare their RWHP to the manufacturer's rated HP.
