on the rear youll also need a plastic extension piece that the aero bumper attaches to. On the front your missing the two side supports that bolt to the car and the center air dam support as well as the rubber air dam itself.
There should be a flat bracket with a single hole in it on each side, (yellow arrows) and the urethane air dam (green arrow)
You need 2 of these brackets, a right hand one and left hand one
These bolt to the front fascia and to the flat brackets with the single hole, (yelow arrows) They also hold th air dam to the underside of the fascia. Hope this helps a little I'll look for the FSM schematic if I have it, which shows an exploded view of all the parts.

OOPS Forgot to mark the center / bottom support part that goes underneath the radiator support. Shown with green circle and arrow.

looks like you might be missing the plastic air dam that directs air up into the radiator ....
HC, the thread titled "Overheating on the Freeway question..." ( accessible via this link https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/083570.html ) may be of of interest to you because your car has an aero nose and, as PaulJK observed, no air dam --- a combination which often invites nasty overheating problems (as discussed in the aforementioned thread).
In fact, I'm a bit surprised you apparently haven't already experienced an overheating problem. However, this business of getting a stock front air dam for your aero-nosed Fiero might be something very worthwhile to look into further well before you, as a resident of Phoenix, need to face its summertime heat.
