Good move. I'm still dishing it out. I look forward to seeing your car.

The 25th should be one heck of a show! (my attempt to get back on topic... )

Bad news. Work schedule picked up and my vacation time got revoked. I'm stuck in Japan for this one.

So there is a room available if someone needs it. Also registration was paid for along with 2 banquet tickets and some other goodies. PM me if you are interested in taking these off my hands. I had also purchased plane tickets to fly from Japan to Houston just to make this event. I probably won't get that back.

See you at the 30th???

The show chairpersons were talking last night. We had a couple of questions for the Fiero Community. We are hoping that by leaving your answers here, that it may get someone "riding the fence" to come to the show.

1.) If you missed the 20th, were you upset after the fact for not going, and why is it such a big deal that you attend the 25th?

2.) For those that went to the 20th, why was it such a memorable event? Is it why you are attending this anniversary show?

This sounds kind of corny, but we all remember reading the posts after the 20th by folks who said they were "kicking themselves" for not attending.

Your Turn

Yep..........still kickin myself for missing the 20th.........i'm not going to miss the 25th that's for sure. My circle of Fiero friends who did attend all had the most memorable time to date of any Fiero show they have attended. It's a celebration of our little cars becoming a classic. If you love your Fiero you can't miss seeing all the GM Fieros still around all together in one place........all types of Fieros..........stock, custom, modified, kit's etc all together in one area. Meeting all these PFF members that you here and read about but never seen before.......swaping idea's and tricks of the trade for your Fiero.........I could go on all night.......I surely won't be missing this show, even if I break down I will be towing it to the show just to be a part of it.

The excitment is really starting to set in now, I just can't wait.

Gabe

At the 20th, I slept only about 3 hours each night, maybe less. Too much going on!

But then, I was one of the head organizers of the event.

This one should be just as special.

'bout time my friend

Since you are offering, bring a cooler full of "Ginger Ale" for Saturday night after the banquet. (I like Canadian "Ginger Ale")

Seriously, I will hook up with you on Wednesday and take you up on the offer. I should be there for most of the day and evening. I begin living on site Thureday AM.

I retract my previous statement.

I will be able to take vacation time to make the show! They wanted me to work, but with how busy I have been the past few months I deserved some time off.

C ya at the 25th!!!

Here is the teaser one more time, to generate some "Pontiac Excitement"

Reason #1: The first Fiero ever made!

Reason #2: Indy #2

Reason #3: FIEROS EVERYWHERE!

Reason #4: 2 + 2 Fiero ( = 4 )

Reason #(fifty) 5:

Reason #6 (1 of 6) If we're lucky, we might get to see 2 of these cars.

Reason #7 Everyone loves a Formula!

Reason #8 Open air is cool!

Reason #9 PORSCHE KILLER!

I think you get the picture, I could go on and on. I'll close out this post with reason #90

I'm not sure where to post this lol but I have a question about track day.

Does the $100 cover one car or one person? My dad and I both want to drive, but we would be sharing a car. Is that even possible/allowed? Thanks to whoever can help me!

You need to ask Fierobear that question to ge an official answer. You can send him a PM.

My guess is that it is per person and not per car. Insurance is most likely per person.

I'm in, just mailed my registration this afternoon, and made my reservation at the hotel. I just wish I knew about the 20th. Been an owner for almost 19 years (85 bought in Aug 1989) and never knew a thing about these shows until 2005. My middle son and I will be showing up on the 24th in my 85 silver sport coupe.

Haven't decided yet. If I had the 86 fast back conversion done definitely, but the 85 4cyl I have to give some thought to. I will probably get the bug if I see the track first hand.
