They are mille miglia M11 16 x 7.5... unfortunately they have been discontinued for several years, but they used to have some newer similar versions that were still available (MM11 Plus or M11 Special). They still show up from time to time on ebay. It took me 6 months to find a matching set for my trailer 2 years ago.

No, it has not been chopped.... someday it might though. The wheel question was answered a few posts above. Mille Miglia M11. I purshased them about 10 years ago and they have been discontinued for several years, but show up from time to time on ebay.

And the not so beautiful Nevada desert of the Great Basin:

Does this one count? It's sorta blue.
It's an 88 Formula with a fastback conversion and a 4.9.

This one is definitely blue, but it's not real.
(I was thinking about getting it painted "Richard Petty Blue".

I was looking for a blue for my coupe. The Petty Blue looks kinda bad (at least in my edit) but I like yours.

It is New Holland Blue (like the tractors). It is a solid single stage paint.

2006 GM LASER MET BLUE. BC/CC PPG DELTRON PAINT. FLOPS FROM QUASAR TO PURPLE.

Not a great shot of the paint but it looks so cool when the lights hit it all is purple and the edges are all bright quasar blue.
