Guys, Chris just called me. He said he is going down the list getting in touch with everyone that he owes parts and services too. He does have a good reason for disappearing for the last couple of weeks but I'll let him explain that.

He always has a good reason for being unreachable when he owes people. This is not the first time. Yes there unaired issues between him and I. I have given him a more than reasonable amount of time to try and make good.

I sent him a PM via ebay. I gave him the link and told him to come here and take care of business. I am glad he followed through. Now, regarding the excuse...I have nine that he has used on me in the past. They no longer hold any weight with me. Nuff said!

chris, you are correct I did get your voicemails, I am not taking your calls to be civil, no point in allowing anger to turn it into a screaming match. why dont you pm me instead?

spoke to chris; he is real busy right now with stuff so getting to a computer is a PITA. (hutch is pretty bad from ice storms) He is getting everything handled though; I'll give more updates as soon as I can, I am going to be in hutch this weekend.

Looks like he made $500 to $600 on ebay, enough to ship out parts or to pay Ryan the money he owes him. Shall we see if he trys to make good on some?

no word from him in months.do what you can do even if its just to gather up my parts and ship them back to me, i'd cover the charge. the last pm i got he said he had a base coat applied to the items to be powder coated purple but i don't know if its true so i may not be able to get my $250 back if any at all.

Well now, I have taken care of my family matters. I had told everyone I spoke to that I would be home on or around the 22nd or 23rd of decemeber, I came home early due to family illness. last thursday my stepfather went to a doctor for an ear ache and turns out there was no earache but actually a heart problem. Now as I told everyone I would deal with things thursday or friday so I could take care of business. Monday they admitted him, did the tests determined that a bypass was not needed, he would just need a stint and a pacemaker put in. The procedure was this morning, (my prior family obligation)now unlike you I wont use this as an excuse to avoid talking to you for a long period of time.

Now before I saw the what ever post I was just going to pm you but now I will make a public post instead. The following is the pm chris sent me-

What do I want? we will start simple I want my money from the selling of my trans-am, you said you sold it for $2000, the kid said he bought it for $2500 who to believe? You called me when it was sold, I called you 2 days later to make arrangements for my parents to come by and pick it up, to only have you tell me you spent it on tools and a down payment on your house(land contract). I do not understand what you were thinking? I am not a bank, I am not your dad- I dont have to support you. I then had to call loyde of fast fieros and explain to him how I needed to change my payment status to him on a car. I spoke to you when I got home, times are hard money is short you said. I tried to be a good a friend about it and said to you- Well I need some motor intstalls done we will take out in trade. well it is what 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years later and still no motor swaps done, I guess I just brought that 30000 mile block in the 87 gt to you so you could stick it inyour nephews car huh? I want ALL of my parts or the money value of them that you stole off of my cars and sold to people on this forum and on ebay.(note to people- there were some parts he had permission to sell) I remmember how you said " hey I have all this space at my shop and over by my dads, you drive a truck so why don't you bring them in here where they will be safer".... now was that safer for you to steal stuff off of them? I know you will say that you have helped me do things in the past and that is true, but I also helped you do things as well, I donated 16 in rims to your son's car, I brought you an entire parts car to help on that as well a couple of premium interior parts. I also know that you say that you were storing my 86 gt, well let me ask you this, you did ask me to bring it there to have on hand to demo what you could do with a stereo install in a fiero in attempt to gain more business? Were you not to install a motor in it as part of working off my money from the trans-am? how in the heck could you reasonably think I owe storage on a vehicle that you wanted there to have as demo and a as vehicle that you where supposed to work on? I know you put a fuel pump in my 86 gt when I finally got it away from you, It ran when parked there, You have taken parts off of pierson's convertible in front of me to sell/give to people it is not unreasonable for me to think you may have sold/given away or used my fuel pump. There is so much more detail that could be pored into this.

you said I took parts off Pierson's car to sell / give to someone else... Yes I did remove a rear suspension bolt from his 88 Formula & give it to Ryan Nelson so he could put it on his car that had been recked. you where there...I asked ryan to get me one to replace it & he was not able to get one, so I bought one from a PFF member & replaced it myself. Done...So don't make it sound like I was just pulling parts off it left & right to sell....

As for your GT... I offered to keep it inside so it would be safe, you where never there & I just installed a sound system that you proudly talk about. I didn't want any thing to happen to it. That was a lot of work & I didn't want to see it get messed up. You said you wanted to get it fixed up & show it... no motor was brought to me to install. Did you bring me a motor to install in it after 5 years? Nope...... You got me there chad... I pulled your gas tank to remove the fuel pump to sell & then took the time to re-installed one that didn't work & then pull it all back out to re-install a new one. What fun.... Yea! ......a pump that hasn't started in 5 years most likely will freeze up.. dumb a**.

Chad, I don't know what to say, really... Me, you & Pierson where going to start up Kansas Fiero 5 years ago. You two where never around to help do anything, not even to stop by once a week & visit...... When we (all 3 of us) finely got together last Feb. you just walked around the shop all pissed off, not saying a word, while me & Pierson where talking the hole time. I asked Pierson what was wrong with you, he said your where mad at me, but you where not one to say what was on your mind. Ask him... he'll tell you.... at least he offered to help pay for inside storage on 3 cars.... you did too but never did....

So...you think I stole parts from you, the only part you ever said anything about (back in feb.) was the front fascia from the 85 GT that you already started stripping the inter. out of & was a parts car. You told me you wanted it for your GT...Fine, I offered you a replacement one & I still have it...Almost a year ago & here it still sits....ever get it put on your car? I have a shop full off parts that are not yours, I have bought over 5 fieros this year to part out & I just picked up 2 more cars that are still out front. It’s hard man. Todd had almost 100 cars. He spent money on advertising. He donated mugs, t-shirts, even parts at various car shows. But he still couldn’t live off of what he was getting from the fiero world.

I’m not going to try to speculate who did what.
But there are a lot of people here saying you owe them.
Please get everything handled as soon as you can.

We had all talked about the fiero business thats true, people had talked about what could be done to help get it started, no definite plans had been made. The 84 ta was sold well after you were trying to get this thing going, I worked on cleaning that car up as well, and you were promised a fee/cut of the selling price for the work you did NOT the entire selling price of the car to do with as you please. YOU have not had that car for 5 years(86 gt), I was leased into landstar when that car came in, for protection?l wtf? it was in front of my parents house in arlinginton, a town of 400 people were everybody watches the each others stuff it was brought to you at your request to have on hand as a demo to drum up more business, you were to put the motor of the 87 gt in it, that is why you were allowed to haul the car to hutchinson. The situation with pierson is different than mine, you did help him out(funny how it helped you too huh?) and yes the only car I dropped off at your shop was the 87 gt I got from loyd and promptly took home, and the dock use was nice? why did I PROMPTLY TAKE IT HOME? because I suspected you of looting parts then chris but had no proof. just listening to you tell all the people you talked to that the cars were yours made me think. The motor for the 86 was in the 87 and since it was work to be done- to work off the money you spent of mine(wich you agreed to do) why do I need to help you do it?

I brought up the stuff for your sons car because back in feb, your explanation for not needing to pay me money(cash or trade in work) was that you had helped me do things to my cars and mechanic work was not cheap, nad that some of the things you had done for me, you had done to cheap. I thought us friends back then, you helped me do minor things to some of my cars, I helped you some minor things it is what friends do. I never said you asked for the rims chris it was just something I did for a friend who had done things to help me at times. I have paid you your asking price in cash for every "job" you have done for me. You feel you can later bump the price and say you should have charged me this much more money to justify why you should not have to pay me my money or do the work promised? I have always told you, that you needed to charge more for the work you do( but you cant go back and change prices well after the fact that you have been paid and the work is done)


You know we spoke of more parts back in feb, and you sure do have a funny way of remembering that. I did walk into your shop all pissed off, I finally did tell you what was on my mind. Pierson and I came over later to talk to you about the whole issue to try and work things out with you. I don't agree with you that pierson should pay you storage for 3 cars but that is between you all not me. to the others- one car in question here is an 88 convertible. chris has been paid by me and then paid again by pierson to redo the interior, he has the car, the parts, and has been paid 4 or 5 years later the work is still not done. does a mechanic charge storage for a vehicle he is working on? I did agree to pay you $25 a month for storage on the car back then, after the bill would have exceeded the amount of cash you owed me I would have started paying you. I also want to say that there also was an agreement that you would not sell stuff that did not belong to you anymore as well, doing so would cause things to escalate. I found out that you sold piersons v8 fiero for X+600(x being what pierson wanted out of it) you collected x +300 then spent it all and when the buyer wanted to give you the balance for the title you dodge him. why do you dodge him? well because you spent the money and did not have the amount to give to pierson to get the title and could not complete the transaction, worse when the buyer finally gets ahold of you in regards to this matter you tell him that you have already turned the money over to the car's owner. You have been/are trying to get the money back from him. What kind ethics is that? Then you sold my 3.4 to some guy in co, yes everyone I did not buy this motor, this motor was given to me by chris. It was out of a 94 camero, I offered to give him cash for it his response was no, it belongs to the kid who I did the motor swap in the camero for, it has been a year and he has not come to pick up the core, I have no use for it. I said thank you, I now have close to $3000 worth of conversion parts in my basement but no motor. You broke the feb agreement, things have escalated as I promised, I have not been by your shop much since feb because I was so very mad at the betrayel I recieved from a supposed friend.

I will answer anymore post wheels1 makes on this as I am able, however I do not need to prove my case to the fiero community, I have tried to be honest and fair about this whole thing. I have told everyone I spoke to on the phone that chris does good work, just dont pay him untill its done or it will take for ever, if it gets done. There obviously is alot more deph of detail that can be added as a few paragraphs can not cover several years of time. I have asked him prior to getting my car about getting it out and it never happened. I also want to say when I did get my car out of his shop, he was notfied the night before that I had to get it out, that day he aknowledged getting the msg. Funny how he was rearanging his shop to put more items in front of my car to make it harder to get out. well I tell you guys and gals of the forums- this is between chris and I any of you who may have recieved my parts, I wish you luck with them, I harbor no ill will towards you, this whole mess has grown into what it is because I am too trusting, I accept my responsiblity for allowing this to happen. I will not keep a thread alive to bash on wheels1, I have done my part in relating a bad experience with a fiero vendor after I GOT the last thing I cared about out his possesion. You all can buy from him all you want.

What he is saying would have merit -if I had ever asked for or demanded back any items that I had given him, I have only demanded the return/money value of parts that he stole from me and the return of the money he spent of mine since he will not do the promised work.

I don't know about others dealings with Chris. But i needed a firewall side exhaust manifold, and i called Chris. He said had a few and could maybe pull one off the next day. He got one off for me, and i needed it right away. So he sent it priority shipping the next day, even before i payed him. He really helped me out, and I'm sorry if anyone had any problems with him, but i was really happy with his service. Hope this all gets solved

I know that Chris and I had some problems in the past, but my dealings with Chris has been handled. I thought that Chris and I could make some money off of ebay powdercoated Fiero parts on ebay. I had and still have plenty of parts that we were going to split money with. Well long story short and I have no hard feeling with Chris. If any one needs any parts let me know and I will sell them cheap. I don't have a lot of time to pull parts or anything anymore but I'd be happy to help out. Chad if your ever in the area and need a motor or whatever let me know. I have no hard feelings with either of you just please don't put me in this. Thanks

MRJ -Sorry not trying to put you in the middle of current situation. I know you and chris had issues in the past. My only intent in mentioning you or mosh_man was to establish chris's past dealings. I know that I spoke to one of you on the phone back then as chris gave one of you my private work cell# to contact me about the issue. I told you back then on the phone that I had no affiliation with chris other than as friends. I told you I had items at his shop and that I tried to help him out when I was around. I also told you I could not just take your property from his shop and ship it to you as I had no legel way to prove that I was not stealing it from chris, I think I even advised you to contact the local police in hutch. I have never claimed to anyone to know the full story of the issue that has been solved by you guys. I know that the situation took an excessive amount of time to resolve, but has been resolved to your satisfaction. I only want people to see the history of his past dealings, the work and time needed to to get stuff sorted. On the internet when people dont know you in real life the best way to prove yourself legit is through documentation. Mentioning you and mosh_man was only to provide searchable documentation for others to research if they so wished, to see more of chris's history. I am sorry if it makes you feel that I am trying to drag you into the current mess.

Kyle1016-I am glad you got your parts and are happy with the service provided. My issue with chris is that he has stolen parts from my cars and sold them to others. The genrous sending of the part is easy when you could only be out shipping and your time(I say this because that part have come off my property) When you do not pay for all the cars you are parting it allows you to sell cheep and be nice like that, as it realy lowers your bottom line.
