I will come and run my car if I am up there for the show that early but not forsure what day we are all getting there. From all the reading I have done, Milan is a good track and alot of personal best times are ran on it. So if we are up there on Wends. Then count in an 88 Coupe auto 3800SC looking to dip into the 11s and not break something 1500 miles from home. I will be driving my car there and back so if I do break something then I have a few days to fix it.
Would be nice to have my LS4 88 GT ready but I doudt that it going to happen.

i will have a decent amount of parts and tools on hand for auto 3800 setups. I have a few transmissions on hand at home, and I will be bringing a few spare axles.

I'm sure a few of us SOFA guys would go to the track. I can't say for others... I'm looking to do a 3800SC swap this summer so I should have it done before then... I'd just be afraid of breaking it Maybe I'll show up and baby it down the track haha

I am thinking you wont be the only one... I might have a surprise there for a vanity run to collect a 125 trap speed.

I guess i'd go, but I think the MN caravan into Michigan arrives on Weds. which would put us at night. Are there any other days we can go, like Thurs ??

So I'm thinking of doing this but if there are 10 cars I can do that here. Anyone else want to jump in here and say they are going? Trying to decide if I want to get up there early for this.

roughly 10 Fiero's - but - it is open to the public - it is a normal Test & Tune at the dragstrip, we are just picking this day for us to meet. I cant speak for the "public" - but I would expect we wont be the only ones there.

Its fairly sure that my new project will be there, and I will have my beater there with some go faster goodies on it. Possibly may have another manual 3800 swap there, but he is a bit nervous.

i am going to waterford on thursday so i might as well go to milan on wednsday .i have to drive the car home so i will probably go pretty easy on it , especially since i have never drag raced on a track before .i have an 86 gt with turbo 2.2 ecotec and cavalier f23 getrag .more worried about my 22 year old axles than the tranny .

I'm just plotting out the drive from 3600 Centrepoint and was wondering if they'll have helmets at the track (for rent).
Don't have a bucket. You guys have an extra I could use for a few runs?
DrCPU
I will be sure to bring 3 or so, one XL, one large, and a "gokart" helmet. They all pass as helmets there, so they dont care. I dont think they rent them there.... I may be wrong, but It seems I remember they dont.
