Guys, For those that have prepaid your entries for the car show, you should have received a small post card by now from AER stating that you have "Early Registered".
Please let me know if you have not received this post card from AER. Please use your full name and not the username so I can forward this information to AER. Thanks.
BTW, we should have 10 prepaid entries so far.

Yes, The post card is used to speed up the registration process, I think this year you present the post card and then you will receive your special "goodies" bag, t-shirt, and voters sheet, etc......

Here is the list of prepaid entries that I handed over to AER on 2-25-08: This is our first eight entries, two others paid directly to AER, here is the first eight: (Total: 10-prepaid entries) 1. Kevin Acker 2. Patrick Wilson 3. Blake Moore 4. Steve Reid 5. Dave Gordan 6. Tim Zile 7. Mike Good 8. Bob Schrenk
All these eight should have received the small pre-registration post card in the mail. Please let me know if you are listed above and have not received the small AER post card. Thanks.
OK NTFC, Only one month to go before the car show. Are we starting to clean and wax our cars?
Yea, but I'll have to do it at least three more times between now and the show. I try to drive it at least a few miles each weekend that it doesn't rain.
BlakeinSpace, CenTexIndy, and others need to start thinking and planning on how are you coming to the event? Last year there was a caravan of fieros that arrived at the car show all together.
Blake, can you start this arrangement? Maybe all can meet very early in the day, say around 7:30 am - 8am time frame at our regular meeting place and then come from there, any thoughts? Many thanks.

my early plans are to be in Arlington Friday evening. So I hope to be able to hook up with someone on their way from that area (I will be at my folks' place at 1-20 and Kelly Elliott)

I'm starting today to clean the exterior since half the neighberhood's yard debris including some trees parked themselves right on top of my fiero during the storm, no major damage just lots and lots of branch scratches all over it. We in Carrollton was HIT hard! AER buildings where heavily damaged as well. But the show must go on................

I want to meet up. Will look at any possibilities that anyone throws out for suggestions. I am just hoping that my grandmother doesn't up and die and I have to be at a funeral rather than the show ---yup - I am putting her secodn to the show - never really knew her (sad I guess). I really don't want to spend the cost of fuel to drive to Monroe, LA.
Sorry to hear that, hope it does not come down to that. Update: I been told that there is 175 prepaid entries so far, so we may have a chance to break 300 entries this year. I have a few neighbers entering thier cars, from truck dragsters to more import minis.

One more week till the BIG ONE! We are looking at 14 prepaid fieros so far. 3 are out of towners.
Remember, those that prepaid yor registration will be at the "already" registrated table. You get the goody bag plus your "t-shirt". Remember that the 2X sizes are limited, so first come first serve, that's what the NTMC states.
Last year the majority of the fieros came to the show around 8:30 to 9:00 am. time slot as a caravan of fieros.
See all at the show!
Also remember the rain date of May 10th just in case.
I also want to clear up some confusion: The prepaid early registration post cards came from NTMC not AER, therefore some of you that did not receive the postcards is because of NTMC mistake not aer. You guys are on the prepaid list, I guess that NTMC had a cutoff date when the last post cards were sent.
The most important thing is, that your name is on the NTMC master prepaid list, remember to go to the advanced prepaid table for show registration.
Also, NTMC is currently reassigning the class location spots today, so I do not know where we will be located, it turns out that the Pontiac/Buck, Corvette, Trucks and other special car classes have higher number of entries entered than they first realized, so they are rearranging the class locations for these larger turnout.
Do bring lots of suntan lotion and a good lawn chair and a camera with fresh batteries.

Tim, we can caravan from arlington. i'm about 95% sure i'll be able to make it.
Great! Michael and I will be in Arlington late Friday night (we have to leave after I am done at the Baylor Baseball game). But I am always ready to get up and get going early. I will be near I-20 and Kelly Elliott. There is an Exxon at that exit...or wherever is best for you - I just know I am going to have to take out a loan (I mean fill up the gas tank) that morning.
