I just talked to the company. There is a delay caused by the German Export Customs. They should be clear and on their way by Monday.

I've got what I need. They should call me tonight when they come in. I'll hopefully get them on Monday, Des Moines is flooded really bad so it aught to be an adventure.

Oh, I never realized before that you were in Iowa. Is your area flooded?

Be careful Brad. Do not take any risk over these we can wait till the flood waters back down if its dangerous. Besdies if you get hurt then we have to wait for you to get out of the hospital to get our headlights

Hell I sneezed Saturday morning and hurt my back. Some luck...

The city I'm in doesn't flood. I should be able to go around Des Moines on the bypass and backdoor it to the airport.

Looks like our packages left SFO this morning at 0642 headed for ORD. I'm trying to find out when it's getting to DSM.

?? They were suppose to hit DSM on 15 July at 21:20. If they get bounced around let me know and I'll contact the shipping company on my side to see what is going on.

Thanks guys, sounds like I can pick them up Monday. Unfortunately it's going to cost us another $10.50/pr to get them through customs.

Although no one wants to spend more money than necessary, $10.50 per pair is small change in my book.

I for one can't wait to see the buckets show up on my doorset.
I've been waiting for so soooooo long!

Customs sucks but of course I will pay it as I know its not brads fault and he should not suffer from this. Would we had to pay customs if we had shipped UPS? If not might it be cheaper in total next time to use UPS? Just wondering Tim.

I'm stuck in spain right now with a broke jet but when I get home from my trip I was planning on ordering mine. I was gonna call them though, not do it online. I wanted to call just to make sure they gave me our Forum discount.

UPS was another $200 or so. And we still would have had to paid the customs broker.

So here's the deal, if you live in the lower 48 I can get your buckets to you with parcel post and paypal fees for $63. If you are not in the lower 48 or would like another option we'll deal with that. But for now my paypal address is bradmjohnson@gmail.com, I'll start shipping them in the morning to whomever pays. I haven't got a quote for our friends north of the border yet.

No problem, Grandma is going home tonight so the house is mine again and things are quieting down a little. Although we just found out that my dad's middle brother died of lung cancer either last night or this morning.
