hmm I took a quick break from homework to put in some scoops:
I thought that removing the sail panel would give you more space, but this one isn't that great. I used the shape of your bottom scoop. Unfortunately it doesn't fit that area well...
This one I just removed the triangular part of the sail panel and made a recessed scoop. Looks ok I guess. I left the black "pillar" of the sail panel, otherwise it looks really weird without it.
I don't know how feasible any of these are, or if you even like them. Maybe later I can try and put one in that small area you pointed out. I'm just concerned that it will look very crowded with the sail panel and all.

unfortunately the scoops can only be mounted where I have the area marked as there is no access to the engine compartment the area where the sail panel is tight to the roof piller and the area I marked is wide open to the engine

Definitely would have to be something like Aus posted... something thin so it doesn't look too busy or cluttered. The sail panel is one thing on the fiero that is starting to really get on my nerves.

A scoop in the b-pillar is exactly what I was going to suggest. Otherwise you are going to get a vacuum under the glass.
the entire underside of the engine bay is open - plenty of air flow.. if there is a scoop on the sails it should be rearward facing to draw air out from under the glass..

Hey Bubba, looking good! Might have to swing by one time and get a closer look. Been awhile since I was last there, follow bobert next time he goes over to help out. Any advancement on the supercharger for Boberts car? Like to see that one day.
bobert, have you got the car on the road yet? Almost time to hibernate the Fiero's now.

That's what I was thinking. The Fino and Finale are set up with rear facing scoops to draw the hot air out of the engine bay.
