Still doing some glassing on the nose trying to get the corners of the openings just right.
We're also trying to work our way down the sides of the car. Doing the front wheel well lip & working on final sanding of the doors, rockers & rear fenders.
Don't worry about the difference between the rocker panel wheel well lip & the lip on the front clip, we have a plan for that.
Now I understand that we have more changes coming, so stand by.....

I love how you guys have the doors flowing into the quarter panels, and the ground effects are awesome. That car is very nice, especially since you guys are adjusting the nose.
did you guys already figure out what your doing with the fender/hood to door thing? if not the one pic archie put up is good enough for me to photochop to show you what i was talking about. let me know.

I think we know what we're going to do but feel free to do a PShop if you want.
It's going to be a few weeks because we still have to pull a mold off of the rockers before we build in that area.
We're doing wide body rocker molds but the "mold" will be BFFE. (Before Flipper Front End).

Damn, its really been over a year of surgery. Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the technology. We have the capability to build the world's first Fiero that looks like a Fiero but doesn't. The Arch Rival will be that Fiero. Better than it was before. Better, stronger, faster.

I ment to update this thread yesterday but I've been trying to convert some of my instruction videos to DVD's & that's a lot harder than you might think.
We're going to call this "Hot Wings Friday" because most of this week has been dedicated to installing the wings on Curley & Troy's cars.
So here is the Hot Wing update for Curley's car......
1st we used some self tapping screws to fasten the wing to the car....
Then we glassed the wing on & made cuts to split off the wing tips. After glassing the wing on, we remove the self tapping screws....
We'll have to do some work to blend the wing tips into the body....

Once the major glassing work is done then we use filler to make the ends blend in to look good. We'll then Glass a layer over this & then used filler to shape ot to the final finish......
This was yesterday's update, I'll post today's update tonight.
I hope you guys like all the detail we are posting in these threads.

That was part of one the clues from page 10 with regards to this pic:
While at the FieroRama show 2006, I was eyeballin' this car for several hours.

The "oldest" guy on the forum (Orville 70+ yrs old) is the person who came up with this great idea and Archie and the Crew is tweeking Orville's original idea. Who says, "Ya can't teach a old dog new tricks." In this case, Orville is teaching the young dogs a few new tricks and "Archie and the Crew" are conducting a "class" on tweeking.
Respect your elders, hehe.
