Interesting story and good pics... I even saw one of Medicine Hat (the Southridge drive sign) which is the street where i live, as a few others have mentioned i would have liked to meet you and checked out your car. The intersection before you took that sign pic if you would have looked to the left at the 3 car dealers (Dodge, VW and Toyota) you may have seen my 86 GT in the Toyota lot, I always park it right at the back of the lot most visable to highway traffic! Welcome to Alberta, let me know if you are rollin' back down this way sometime. Tim

Thank you Tim My trip from MI to AB was somewhat point and go LOL, I didn't know where I'll end up.
Calgary to M.H is only a 3 hour drive on the highway! http://www.mapquest.com/mq/4-AGa4mtL9n5f60CZT The problem with going east of Calgary is that most of the roads (to my knowledge) are flat and straight, that's why I make my trips westbound to the mountains to find some fun roads to drive on
We could find a nice road somewhere in the middle and meet up one day.

Hi there Mister. Awesome pics. I have read the details of your Fiero for a while now. Inspiring! Finished my girl a few months back. Put her away for the winter. Maybe a few more things to tighten up before spring. I live in Spokane, WA. Everyway I look I see beautiful mountain roads. I cannot wait to try and produce some of the gorgeous pics myself. Cool story you have put together. Keep it up. Oh yeah, cool car too. LOL

I've always wanted to go out west for a trip, and your pictures are making me want to go there even more now. Calgary is has some beautiful country side.
Canada rocks!

Hey Tal. Car is looking great and the countryside is so beautiful. I wish i could go out for drives like that. As crazy as it sounds but when talk of Carlisle started, i got sad knowing that i won't see that beauty there. Just aint the same. I hope one day you can come back down for it. Definitely makes the show so much better having ya there. Plus you haven't seen the car and it's new edition. I'll have to send you pics.- Corey Leppo

Hey Leppo junior Thanks. You never know, if gas prices remain low enough...You never know...But I admit I can easily fly to PA. I've already spoke to Adam about this year's show - we shall see.

In other news, I've uploaded the Indy scoop sound track from this latest trip to YouTube, might as well share it here as well.

I definitely hope you can come even without a car. Your presence is much needed to make Carlisle as fun as it is. Leppo senior just joked with me saying if you don't have a fiero you should not come on the grounds. It's all good though. I hope prices stay low and you get the urge to come. It should be a big show this year.

Took the Fiero for some more "off roading" on HWY 40 and HWY 579 (the fact it's called HWY doesn't imply on the quality of the road), it was almost 10*C and the melting snow made it aaaaalllllllll nice, wet and slippery Wooo Hoooo...
Not that red anymore
No worries, the Fiero got a good wash after this mess...
