More Pix.... I made it up to Alamo recently to attempt retrieval of my tool boxes and laptop. I tried useing just a small bottle jack but found it wasn't small enough. So I drove back out to my property (this went on before the tow company moved my car to my property) and grabbed two OEM scissor jacks. They were definately small enough. Affter about an hour I managed to remove my small tool box and my laptop. I couln't get the trunk opened up enough to remove my large box nor its contents. Very interesting though I noticed a few bolts that had been forced through the side of the box. After that who knows how my tools fared. LOL Well here are the pix and a short vid.
Top view of my larger box.
My laptop doesn't look *that* bad after being removed from the bag.
But wait here's a shot from the side. The hard drive did survive.
And here is a vid of the box still stuck in the trunk.

Here is one more picture. Here you can see how far the bulkhead got pushed into the passenger compartment. Add this to the list of reasons Fieros are SAFE. Even with things pushed that far in the doors still open and close, and the passenger seat didnt get moved, however the trim pieces I had behind the seat did get flattened.

Now I've boned some girls, but I don't think I've ever T-boned any... Sounds like something to try...

Hahaha... Sorry, I just had to add some humor; I was beginning to get depressed from all the pics.
Honestly, pictures like these is WHY I BOUGHT A FIERO. The picture of Fie RO standing next to the wreckage of his car after hitting a tree at 60mph (IIRC) without wearing a seatbelt is what sold me on the Fiero.
I don't think I can trust any other '80's car that much.

Here is my ex's, then mine, then my Mom's Fiero as it did the typical Fiero thing. (Same Fiero just passed around)
Was an 84', it went black, died, when my mom opened the trunk, she saw alot sparking, then the car started itself with no key and continued to run while on fire untill it was finaly dead. My guess is the fusable links off the starter melted into a nice big clump. R.I.P.
