Hello everybody, this is just me saying hello for the first time at pennock´s.
I saw my first Fiero about 1990 and thought the car was really beautiful and cool... Surfed the internet last year and stumbled on Yellostone´s beautiful creation and descided it was a "must be mine object"..
Began by searhing everyware for the very rare Fiero Performance Bayern F355 front and finaly found one and bought it instantly from a kind person, Bought my beautiful 1988 Fiero in Januari 2008 in excellent stock condition 55000 miles and began the transformation... took me all spring to reach current look and will continue this winter with my creation.. loving every minute..
Thanks ya all... I´m also an active forum member at the Swedish Fiero Forum but Pennock´s is huge in comparison, there are some very nice looking Fieros here and I constantly search for inspiration..
During this winter I hope to upgrade to twin Hella 90mm headlights, Euro taillights, stage II Scoops and perhaps Mr.Mikes interior.. It´s all about the cash.
Thanks.. yes, the stainless dual oval exhaust tips fits the Fiero like a glove, fills the gap in the spoiler and looks modern, I think that the best styling you can do on a car is the one that aren´t obvious, many think my car is stock since Fieros are very rare in Sweden, they are shocked when I tell them my car is 20 years old..
Have to test this img function thou..
Nope... what am I doing wrong?

Great find! However, you left out some interesting details. What method did you use to find this car? Did you snoop around and talk to other owners of Fiero's in your area? Who was the owner, and why was he selling? Does this past owner have other Fiero's? Why was it stored in a barn? (Did I understand your story correctly?). How many Fiero's are in Sweden anyhow? By the way, what is the speed limit in Sweden? Time now for a top speed run.

There are less than 300 Fieros in Sweden and about 220-230 GT´s, the person who I bought mine from has 5 Fiero GT in his barn and was planing to keep those for at least 10-15 years more to make some money eventually... To bad for him I was calling him every day for a month wanting to buy his only Red 88 with manual tranny and beige interior, he was also the one who had the F355 front in his garage..
The link itself works but it goes to a web page, it has to be a direct link to an image. When you see an image you like to "refer" to - right click --> Properties --> copy the image location. Or if you use Firefox - Right click --> Copy image location
Another option (and the best) is to use an image from your HD and upload it to the PFF server using PIP. the link is at the bottom of the page

Same page, but I referred to the image in the gallery which is smaller than the actual image
We have a size limit of 150K on images. And 640x480 is a good size to post (PIP limit). yours was 165.61 KB. Any simple image software can easily resize images. Some image hosing websites like www.imageshack.us offer that option as well.

Speed limit in Sweden is 130 kmph on some parts of the hightway.. thats about 82 mph.. in Germany it´s better on the Autobahn, free speed.
Fiero1Fan, I dont know, maybe it´s to far away for me, if Yellowstone would come in his beautiful car I would consider it but he lives in Florida at this moment I think..

yet another swede joins the forum. welcome! that makes it a total of what, 4 of us? Your car looks pretty damn nice let me know if you find out about any good place in sweden to get spare parts (so far I've found front shocks at mekonomen and the local saab dealer was actually able to find relatively cheap brake pads).
* New Steering wheel. * New rear lightning, Kahines in silk satin black with Corvette clear center lenses. * Stainless steel sidesteps and interior decoration. * New Audio system from Pioneer with double active subs behind the seats.
VERY nice Fiero. One thing that I noticed is that the Fiero posted here from owners in Europe are usually very nice. I can only imagine how expensive it is to maintain a classic American automobile in Sweden. Parts must be hard to find and even if you buy them here, shipping and customs entry can take months. I sold some stuff to a guy in Italy a while back, sent it by certified air mail, and he received it three months later. I received an email when it was delivered and the postmark date was exactly as stated. I am now hessitant to ship parts to Europe for fear of delivery problems or it may just be the Italian mail system????
