Believe me...these pics and my simple captions do this event 1/10000th the credit it deserves. You have no idea how much of a friggin' blast this was and you won't until you make the trip to the Glen. This single event could very easily become the largest Fiero event in the nation. For those of you familiar with the "Tail of the Dragon", rest assured there are enough backroads in this area to make the "Teeth and Talons." The food at the Decoy was phenomenal and the prices were in line with what you'd expect from a fairly nice restaurant in upstate New York. There are several wineries around the lake although we didn't make it to them this year for various reasons. The lake makes for a beautifully willing victim for your 35mm Canon and a wonderful escort as you meander along the coastline, taking in the smells of spring through the sunroof and the sight of rapidly disappearing pavement in your rearview mirror. The soundtrack of near 20 Fieros isn't bad either.

For me in my little 4cyl. 4-speed, it was almost all normal racetrack speeds. The V-6's could barely get a good head of steam going before the Porsches and Audis slowed us up.

Hearing that you enjoyed it makes it all worth the effort. I enjoyed throwing it together and hope to do many more at future events.

To be completely honest, there was more bull shot during this event than beer was drank, I guarantee it, LOL! We Fiero owners can (and will) talk about ANYTHING for an overly extended period of time. Nothing is sacred!!

Looks like a rough crowd to me. Stop picking on my friend Boomer. He didn't have a problem in 2007, I was right behind him. But, how do I get all this 5w-40 oil off of my windshield. Ed

Leave that 5W-40 on there and call Corey!! You may have just discovered the next innovation for polishing techniques!!
edit: Crap. I meant to add that there is a slim chance I may be able to make it to Carlisle. My wife has a huge shin-dig in Virginia with the Honors Institute, but that's gonna from the 22nd - 26th. The 27th will be a travel day for her unless she can catch a late flight on Friday night. If that's the case, then I might be able to leave th kids with Grandma for the day and take off for Carlisle on the morning of the 26th. If I do come, I want to be there until Monday afternoon so I can document as much as possible.
I'll keep everyone posted as events develop on my end.

Jerry, Believe me we missed you too, everyone kept asking where you guys were..... it wasn't the same without you. There's always next year. And I assume that you want to be apart of the club AC and I are trying to put together . -Jason

We missed you guys. Red & I were expecting you guys for breakfast again. I know how hard it is to get started these days but you two will get there.
Maybe the "club" can organise a few more get togethers before the leaves come down.
Brocephus, did you check your PM's?

If you get me the full-res version of these photos before you stiched them together, I can stich them perfectly for you into a perfect panaoramic shot, with no visible seems.
Ayrow, I'll see about getting those pics to ya. I usually spend quite a bit of time stitching photos, but I'd alread been at that write up for several hours and was ready to "git-er-done", knowhutImean?
Carlisle is looking like more and more of a possibility with each passing day. As it turns out, it could be sometime in mid-July before my wife can make the move to New York and if that's the case, I'm going to Carlisle come hell or high water. Keep ya fingers crossed!!

We still need to sort through our pictures and see if Brocephus missed anything It's doubtful as our "Club Photographer" did such a great job, but we'll see what we got.
