Spent the week re-upholstering my seats with Mr. Mikes Leather.
Hands down, the best investment I've made for my Fiero. This is a Class-A product and Mr. Mike does a fantastic job of making it possible for anyone to do a great job.
Thanks, Mr. Mike!

Oh wow, that looks excellent! I love Mr Mike's seats. My seats are in great condition but once they finally show a lot of wear I've got to get me some of those leather seat covers. They look stunning.
I love what you've done with the steering wheel too by retaining the original horn button. Nice!
Yes, his stuff is the best. i got a pair of his also, and I just reupholstered mine - his stuff is top-notch quality:
I agree about the steering wheel. that is awesome how you maintained the horn button, and I like the two-tone. Oh ya, the seats look good too

That's funny... The headliner was the hardest thing to do... especially because they don't have a mold for it.
re-fiberglassed the mold from a template
After wrapping the headliner with actual headliner felt fabric I then aadded this top fabric which is made of polyester / look like suede --- I'll add that is does NOT stretch. Getting this stuff to go in three directions took 4 days of just stretching and clamping. Anyway..... Just thought I'd tell you the story.... shop talk!

The previous owner sold the original "mint" Indy seats. Finding another set of mint Indy seats to replace them was impossible.
As luck would have it, I found some new OEM red embossed Indy seat fabric which I purchased and had sent off to Mr Mike. He did up a beautiful set of repro Indy seats.
The interior plastic pieces are all stock color...
I did spray though the T-top front and back trim covers, brake light, and dome light section on the ceiling. The stock color was just okay with the new headliner plus they had cracks and scratches. After fixing them, I just primed them with a plastic primer and used plastic Fusion paint, I think from Dupli-color. I don't remember the name of the color although It was close to the stock color with a little shade toward the new headliner.
