Thank you for the compliment. I really like the look of the stripes on yours. Very cool.
The color is the original '86 red, and the wheels are Konig Sideways.

Looks like some people just can't seem to read.
2 pics... 1 when you bought it and 1 now.
You wouldn't think thats too hard to understand.

Thank you sir, and no need for any apologies!
I know everyone is justifiably proud of their cars and it is hard to choose just 2 photos to represent all the effort put into them.

Tuff talk from a guy who hasn't posted HIS "Then" and "Now" photos
Come on you slacker! Your car has come a long way and it looks great.
Quit trying to sandbag us until you get it all done to post photos.

Then: (August 2002)
Now: (March 2009) Paint is a little worse for wear now.
Didnt really change much visually between now and then. Of course, Ive got a LOT of goodies sitting here in my garage, Im not ready to say what they are yet but the car will be very different when Im done. I just got the duke in just before Daytona '09, so I want to drive it another month or two before yanking it back out. Oops, I said too much now. Build thread to follow.

I only posted the interior shots because of, like said above, its a big deal to me that I managed that swap, and it was alot of work, and is deserving of a then/now spot. Its a major difference!

Here's mine from when I got it. I can't believe it's been 8 years! Sorry for the bad picture. I had a crappy camera at the time.
And here is how it sits now, just about finished.

Then (my '86 SE V6 in 1986 or 1987):
Now (actually a couple of years ago, but exterior hasn't changed since then):
(if you look close you'll see an '88 coupe hiding in the background)

https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum3/HTML/000006.html Unfortunately, I've been too darned busy with work to really enjoy this car for the last year. Here is the paradox: if you have enough money to build the car of your dreams, you might not have the time to enjoy it. If you have the time to enjoy it, you might not have the money.
