Just printed out my registration and getting ready to send it off tomorrow!
The swap is getting closer now, the car is on the ground and ready for the last few checks, then off to the exhaust shop, then it should be go time! Will be making room reservations soon now.

I mailed mine off a while ago, neither has been cashed yet, which I keep forgetting about in my checking since I never write checks... I wish both had offered PayPal and some electronic filing.
This is what you need to get you car into the Daytona Track. DO NOT LOOSE THIS CARD. And NO you can't just print out my card and use it instead of your own.

my part of the DD is almost done, about 2 days more for my part then it will be up to the painter if I can get him off his butt then I will need 1 day to get the whole car back together. so it looks like I will make it with a painted car D.
Dean, glad to hear it! I still have a few small minor interior pieces to tackle... Id like to get some new loyd mats... however I just added up my total Fiero expenses, including the $1000 original fiero purchase in june... and I am really not needing to spend anymore money, I honestly should be paying some of my credit bills (im not behind, just be nice to be paid off!!!), and which I could be mostly paid off now, if not for the over 4.5K ive spent, i honestly stopped adding. What a dummy... seriously, my little brother warned me not to add it up, ever. but i save my money, work hard and never miss a day, dont - smoke, drink, party, gamble, or eat out, so i splurge on my ponchos.
Anyhow, I do have all the parts however in order to tear the top half of the engine down, powder coat (ill use the same metallic blue I used for the suspension) and replace the water pump while I am at it, and of course matching blue ignition parts and cleaning it all up. I am rebuilding the A/C compressor and flushing the system a little here and there each afternoon since its been warm. Waiting on a tool to install the front compressor seal to arrive to finish the comp rebuild. I'd like to do the engine this weekend...
however my DD (Grand Prix) decided that she needed a new headlight bulb, and I have been wanting to get some projector lights for her since last spring, however the Fiero came and i stopped putting money into her. Also, one of those cheap ass plastic "heater hose bypass elbows" started to leak for some reason, so I had to swap them out real quick yesterday afternoon while shes sitting. So Sunday night I bit the bullet and ordered her some new projector headlights, and this weekend I will finally get around to repainting the Daytona (special edition) rear spoiler and bumper and prepping for the projectors which wont be here until Monday. I added the spoiler and daytona roof rails last summer, right after the Fiero came, however the spoiler fell from my piss poor hanger, and scratched the paint a little. I never did order my SD hood, it's like 600 bucks plus S&H, and as much as I love it I can't put any more money into her like that anymore, soon I'll have to get a new DD and start over. With the Pontiac brand gone, it's gonna be really hard for this Pontiac Dart only buyer to shop in a few more years. I will not be considering GM for any other models, period.
The weather just holds me back now, I have to work in a cold enviroment all day mostly, so coming home, late, dark, and colder doesn't sound fun right now.
PS. Thanks to 87GT2M6 for reminding me about the lisle 48500 tool, it should save me some time.

Thanks to Old Lar and other members you'll find below everthing you need to know about the upcoming Fiero Weekend at Daytona. If by chance there is something you need to know and it is not here then don't hesitate on asking, you'll find everyone here is super friendly and willing to help.
Now start filling out forms and making reservations we want to see you there!
Click on the Hampton Inn logo for registration info
Register your car by clicking on the Show Banner.
For Fridays March 26, 2010 Breakfast Gathering please click on the image below to PM Clem and let him know you will be attending. Do this way in advance because he has to notify the Sugar Mill how many people are going to attend.
Central Florida Fieros would like to invite the Fiero Weekend attendees to a central Florida airboat tour.
Join us for an afternoon tour of Florida's glades and wet marshes for a truly unique Florida experience.
Enjoy Florida's wildlife and get off the beaten path of the tourist spots.
You might spot a shy gator or an elusive manatee!
The rides are compliments of Central Florida Fieros (that's right "FREE") for Fiero Weekend attendees who RSVP.
The boat rides will run on Friday, March 26, following the Old Spanish Sugar Mill breakfast; from 12:00 noon till 3:00 pm. Plenty of time to enjoy a ride and still have the afternoon for other activities.
Now all I gotta do is get that pesky exhaust on and start the car for the first time!!!!!! Gonna be a great time, I cant wait to enjoy my 2nd year at Daytona.
Coolblue ACTUALLY driving his car. I was there and the engine was running. Well it might have been a recording but I think it was really powering the car.
O K -----Not Daytona but I like this pic--

Just to tease; for those who enjoy the airboat tour - 12:00 noon till 3:00 - following the Sawmill breakfast, we'll have some sampler trays featuring Florida cuisine like gator bites and catfisish nuggets! Yum, yum.
Hope to see you there. Marc
