Look at the back wheels. The front and rear wheels have been swapped at some time.
You'd be AMAZED how often that happens. Different size tires AND wheels, and yet tire shops will still rotate them if you let them.
When I got my '88 Formula, it had the 205/60-15 front tires mounted on the rear wheels and the 215/60-15 rear tires mounted on the front wheels.
It took me a good 15 minutes to explain to the tire shop why I wanted to have the wheels swapped front to rear - but not the tires.
