I don't like chop tops much either. IMO, they make the car look rediculous and cartoonish, kinda like the way the original Vipers looked like giant clown shoes.
I like this profile much better than the chopped version. Who's car is this and what kind of chin spoiler is that?
Now if the Fiero front wheels could be pushed 5" forward, that would free up room in the foot well as well as give stylists a chance to put some LeMans style fender bulges on either side of the flat, sloping hood... That would be boss.

I'm definately with you there, I just wanted to see what mine would like like chopped. Besides choptops dont have any head room.

It would be interesting to see someone do a Photoshop of that..............maybe someone will?

That isnt Curley style you guys, he got the idea from the Purple Pavement Eater which was originally Rich Warber's creation. So please call it Warber style ot PPE style.

I think it is common knowledge that the PPE was the first. THere was a specific reason i referenced Curly's wing tips vs the PPE because Curly's are turned down 2" at an angle, and the PPE's are extended longer, which i did not like.
I mentioned curly's because that is the look i wanted to see. NO credit was being taken away from Warbers fantastic work.

Seeing this just makes us all realized that GM made a bad mistake, they all should have had a 3" lower roof line.
No doubt! After you have been looking at a chop top the stock roof line doesn't look right at all. The effect is even more dramatic when you are looking at the real thing. I think a second gen Fiero would have definitely had the windshield layed back similar to the 4th gen firebird.
Thanks Fierogt88 for the help chopping the tops. Maybe we can get a summer job at Archie's Place Funny that Zimmer I posted was already chopped...now it's got about a 6 inch chop on it

WoW! I don't visit the forum for a few days and I find this! My ride being pimped and modified etc etc. I like this version, although the wingless is cool too, I just prefer having it on there.
Will- The chin spoiler is from FOCOA, no longer made.
What the hell, if someone wants to pay for the chop, I keep my car and stay in the Fiero game. Anybody?
