So they will get something by christmas hopefully they like it. And yes you are a previous customer of mine. It is someone in fl. The person will get pics of the project in the mail along with a nice gift i think!

my wife loves the chocolates, (im sure they will be in her purse going to work in the morning) i dont stand a chance with her and Ghirardelli

Wasn't me.

I'm a bit south of Buffalo. My SS won't have any trouble guessing it's from me, although I held back some of my wackiness due to me wanting to ship it before Christmas...They wouldn't let me ship it without a return address.

Suprise so many of you have asked about return addresses.

Unless you normally have a lot of issues with missing packages. Joe Smith 100 Main Street, such and such......works just fine

btw, I ended up not being able to send the gift when I had planned, so I apologize if it's late.

Received mine today and it's probably one of the funniest gift I have ever received!! The look on my mom's face as I opened it was priceless!
Penthouse shirt and mug, Sea monsters, a tray that goes above the stick shift (<- I think ) to hold things, and a hand written card

Thank you Rumor for the awesome gifts!

Thank you Rumor for the awesome gifts!

Glad you like 'em. (Glad I didn't include the inflatable doll, your mom would have passed out!)

The tray plops right in front of the gear shifter, "open" side facing towards the front.

Use distilled water to hatch the monsters. (Don't eat them, even though they look sorta tasty)

Enjoy the Holidays!

Got this today!

All I can say is WOW! A hand made blanket and baby shoes. We are expecting our 5th child in February. My wife couldn't believe someone would put that much thought into a gift to an "almost" stranger. The booties are insane. I could wear them on my thumbs. The kids will love the other gifts also. (I *may* keep the cars for myself )
Tell you Mom we all said "THANK YOU!"

Merry Christmas!

I haven't received anything as of yet, nor has the person that is getting something from me. I am still waiting on what I ordered in the mail to get here, so I can send it on it's way. This may have happened with others as well, so I think we need to be a little patient I guess......

I hope the person that I am sending out for understands, and it should be well worth the wait when they do finally get it

Heres my thoughts. Next year if we do it again. There should be a date for delivery. This way no one is waiting and feeling slighted. One of the online clubs I used to belong to would have a Chat room and time set up for people to open and disscus their gifts.

Not to get into a online argument. However The SS names were sent out around Nov. 19th. Thats a month to buy and send something. With all the onle shops and stores... it would only take 10mins to do. It's just a let down to people who jump right on it, send the gift out and soething late or nothing.

No argument, I hear ya. I still have satisfaction in the fact that I sent my out, and it was received. I was happy to do my part. If I don't receive anything, I will still feel satisfied. No one can take my joy, I can only surrender it.

Ok, at the risk of possibly giving things away, when my person receives their gift.....

There are some things that are manufactured by members on this forum, and I put my order in in PLENTY of time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, that manufacturing process was delayed. I will get it to the person as SOON as I receive it. (I ordered it almost 2 months ago) I am the type of person that has most everything done at least a couple weeks before Christmas, so this is not something normal by me by any means. I am thinking that others may be waiting on the same thing to be delivered to them as well.

Yes, there are also quite a few schmucks out there too I read the SS posts from previous years and people in February were still wondering where their gift was, now that's just wrong!

All I am saying, as some mentioned, things do come up, so be a little patient. I will put a nice note of explanation in the box when I send mine out, with a sincere apology.

I received my SS stuff today while I was at work. The inventory is as follows:

John Deere mug.
A pack of Twinkies.
A bag of Twizzlers.
A jar of stone ground mustard
A deck of Fiero playing cards.
A box of fancy chocolates, and
A pair of Fiero emblems. I'm not sure if they are key fobs or charms for a necklace, but they are Saweeet!!!! One is a Tyler's toy commemorative.

The SS stated in an enclosed letter that all items were from his area or something he was personally involved in. Are Twinkies made in Iowa, or do you just like eatin em?

My guess is RAREW66 because it was post marked from Davenport Iowa. The Secret Santa stuff is hard to keep a secret with post marks. Thank You very much to whomever my SS is.

Start with GokartMozart, he is the one in charge of the SS this year. Try and find out what happened. Maybe someone is waiting on a gift from you, and they don't know it. Just a suggestion.
