So I traced it through the USPS and found out it was sitting over there with $27.39 pounds custom fees due which as the seller I am not obligated to pay. I also wrote to the "UK Parcel Force" and found the same to be true. He said he'd settle for another like the item I sold him. Oh I guess, he'd be able to get it for the $27.39 customs fee, pocket back the $164 he paid me and I'd be screwed, blued and tatooed.
I won the dispute. Beware of the "fiero_lord on e-bay.

I don't ship anything out of this country even on the forum. The farthest I will ship is Canada due to the customs crap. You can always change your Ebay profile for shipping to the U.S only.

Please don't exclude buyers from Canada because of one bad apple in the UK.
Check buyer and member feedback on eBay and the Forum if in doubt.
I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of items off eBay and on the Forum.
It would be very unfortunate to be excluded and miss-out on items required to complete repairs and restoration of Fiero's in Canada.

He has done the same to me for my LED side markers .... his name is C. Kenvyn and lives at 3 Maes Gareth Edwards, Ammanford Carmarthenshire, SA181RU. He filed a non received item and got his payment back ...I proved to Ebay UK that the item was at his post office waiting to get paid for the duties ... what an A$$HOLE .... BEWARE of this guy ... there is a member here that lives not to far away from him I wonder if he knows this moron. RUSS88 sold him a rear trunk cover... Anyway warning to all stay away from this guy .. if he bids on your item he will screw you over too. Worst thing is as a Ebay seller we cant give him a NEGATIVE !!!! What a F'N lowlife !!! I would be very embarressed to be from the UK because of this numbnut...... ANYWAY STAY AWAY FROM FIERO_LORD he'll keep the item at YOUR EXPENSE !!!!!

Holy **** ? This guy has 100% feedback! How come you couldn't beat him at his own game? To ship it over there you had to have the customs sheet from the PO. That's him all right, that is exactly his name. I'm going to do something about this. Can I count on you to get this SOB thrown off e-bay? He was into me for $164. How many other people has he done this to? This pisses me off to no end.

Good luck trying to get Ebay to help......you may as well go to your local DMV......at least there you get to face someone while being screwed!

I have the same problem when selling overseas from Australia. It is the individual that is the scam artist not the country of origin in general although there are reasons places like Albania are banned from ebay.

I know I am new to the forum, but I wish I would have seen or heard about this guy a month ago. Sold him a set of taillights on Ebay and royally got screwed. He claims he never got them and filed a complaint with PayPal in order to get his money back. Make a long story short the guy now has my PayPal account on hold until everything is resolved. AVOID ALL DEALINGS WITH HIM.

You should all contact ebay and make some sort of group complaint. Even they will know that this same guy cannot be "not receiving item" every single time.

if you have any doubts about the buyer/seller then please ask for a reference from another forum member who that buyer/seller has dealt with in the past.
I have ordered parts from various forum members on here and I always expect to pay uk customs (this is just tough luck on my behalf).
so please dont give up on uk buyers.

Although, another thing to do is send him a box of rocks or something (if he is bidding on your item(s) and wins) - since we now know he will claim that he never got it and then just send him another one. This way he will be paying the taxes on both boxes and get nothing.

I just filed a complaint with ebay against him and used the number you gave "Danyel". We all need to somehow be linked together in this. So that we can state other instances of fraud. They said they would look into his status of claim filing, so it should be obvious to them that this is his scam.

Is there such a thing as "certified" or some type of signature in the UK? That way the person can't say he didn't receive the items. I purchased several items from overseas and the seller required a signature. By me sighning it that made sure the seller couldn't be taken to the cleaners.

He doesn't have to sign anything until he pays the duty owed on it. Ebay and PayPal "assumes" he telling the truth and files a dispute against the seller. The Parcel Force sends a letter to him stating he has a package with money due, then he files a dispute with ebay, waits for the resolution, wins and goes and picks up his free item. I had my customs forms number and I new it was in his PO because you can track it yourself at the USPS site. I was screaming at him to go pick it up, I could see it was there. Then I wrote to the parcel force and they sent me this letter>

The parcel will ONLY come back to you if not picked up after 90 to 120 days. Returns can not be asked by the shipper ... then they will charge you to ship it back ..... But once he has picked it up his non received claim is in his account. Yes a tracking can be done but the cost of shipping it with tracking is out of this world and HE REFUSES TO PAY this type of shipping to him because he knows damn well he may not screw us over... .... either way were screwed, glued and tatooed kissed 185$ goodbye I dont win my appeal ..

when you look at the trcking number at the parforce website there is a tab which you can click which shows the signiture that the reciepient signed once the parcel was delivered that is evidence that he recieved it.

Same story with me, I have filed a complaint with Ebay and Paypal. But Paypal sided with his complant and refunded my money to him yesterday. This guy now has a new set of taillights and got his $300 back.......

I hope everyone on here will be on the look out .... if he bids on your items either cancel his bid or send him a brick ....
